酒店優點：一是是凌晨五點到酒店的，雖然沒有讓我當時就辦理入住，但是人性化服務，在七點半讓我們辦理了入住；二是退房是男服務很有禮貌，雙手接過我退的房卡；
酒店缺點：一酒店大廳旁邊有個羊肉麪館；所以酒店大廳一股羶味；味道很大；對嗅覺靈敏的朋友很不友好；二是酒店房間的床單是破的；而且不止一處：三是酒店的沐浴露使用之後皮膚過敏（衹用過一次），然後去前台詢問可以更換也沒有給我一個很好的解決辦法，也並沒有詢問我過敏後的症狀。第一天晚上用完那個沐浴露衹是腿上很癢，白天一直撓癢，晚上洗澡的時候用水沖皮膚都痛；腿上，腰已經後背全是紅的

設施可以，位置不錯，離地鐵站，公交站都很近，附近也有很多吃飯的地方，汝河路晚上很熱鬧，服務不錯，就是有些細節打造的欠佳，例如燈的開關，鏡子燈帶有灰，早餐一般般，應該是承包出去了，而且大廳有隔壁飯店做飯的味道，有些不舒服，如果能改進就更好了

優點：距離地鐵站非常近，走路不超過5分鐘，前台工作人員態度也很好。
缺點：衞生不太好，床上有毛髮，衞生間抽屜裏面放一次性用品的地方也不乾淨。

差評，住了兩個晚上第一天電鑽聲吵死了，第二天不知道哪裡梆梆梆的吵的不行，還都是在7，8點的時候響。而且房間裏就一個牀頭櫃，插頭還是壞的都沒法充電，另一個插頭40多的平板沒玩充了兩個小時才充七十多，房間門口還有蜘蛛網我也是服了

首先，大冬天空調幾個小時後才能把房子弄的有温度！這點很無語！房子裏有異聞，説不上來的難聞，總有酒後嘔吐物沒處理乾淨的味道。不知道什麼原因。已經2025年了，電視竟然沒有網絡，衹能看地方電視台，更是無語！最無語的是，我們帶着孩子，在那瓶水竟然給我説2塊錢一瓶，你可以收錢沒問題。但是我去鄭州多次了，貴的便宜的酒店都住了，包括其他地方的酒店住了最少幾十次了，第一次遇到酒店給的純凈水需要掏錢的，這讓我臨返程，對鄭州的印象產生了污點。進到這個房間真的拍照的心都沒月了，就想睡醒早早起走人。也許不是人家歡迎的人吧，看人下菜，看到住的價格優惠了就沒有任何服務了。能理解，還有他們有停車場但是毛坯停車場，全是土，是沒有施工完的那種算是水泥灰很臟。希望對其他朋友有幫助。衹是自己的感受，見諒。
