We arrived at the hotel in the evening of the day we checked in. When we entered the room, we found that the sheets were dirty. We contacted the hotel to change them to clean ones. There was no apology from the hotel front desk to the cleaning lady. The shower in the bathroom is speechless 😒. There is a high one on the ceiling. Many holes are blocked by scale. Opening it is like a goddess scattering flowers. I, a girl, have to bend down slightly to use the low shower head. Let’s talk about check-out again. I booked this hotel purely because my husband found this hotel on ** and said it was good and that the check-out time can be until 6 pm. Then I booked it with Ctrip. The check-out time written by Ctrip was the afternoon of the next day. At 3 o'clock, before going out at noon the next day, I asked the front desk to confirm the check-out time. It was said to be 6 o'clock, and then I went out for food and shopping. After 2 o'clock, the hotel called me and said that the check-in time was overdue. Because the check-out time was early because I booked it with Ctrip? ? ? ? After answering the phone call, I returned to the hotel to pack my luggage at 2:46. When I arrived at the door of the room, the room card was invalid and the door could not be opened. Is this the right time for Ctrip or the hotel, or because the platform and the merchant have not communicated! Anyway, it was the worst experience from check-in to departure. Charges were leaked everywhere in the room, such as disposable toilet seats and laundry detergent. I will never go there again.

房間很大，裝修高檔，無異味；重要的是性價比特別高，自動窗簾，小米投屏電視，服務員特別熱情，衞生也很乾凈 一樓免費的東西很多 預訂後就主動打電話確認到店時間，知道我們睡眠比較輕，貼心的準備蒸汽眼罩和耳塞，必須好評！

每次來鄭州都喜歡住這家喜鵲愉家酒店，前台服務很熱情，環境衞生什麼的都很不錯，健身房還有免費的按摩椅，也是很人性化了。設施都很完善 衞生：很乾凈 服務：服務態度很好，還可以免費延遲退房，強烈推薦！！！！T

朋友推薦的這家喜鵲愉家酒店，入住後果然很驚喜，在網上預訂後就接到酒店小姐姐的電話，諮詢對房間有沒有特殊需求，會周到安排。前台很漂亮，服務也很熱情，環境衞生什麼的都很不錯，有洗衣房，健身房還有免費的按摩椅，也是很人性化了。設施都很完善 ，酒店在輕紡城內，對面有花卉市場，逛一逛心情還是很美的。房間寬敞 衞生整潔，阿姨打掃衞生很認真，門口公交站牌。酒店停車方便。環境整體温馨，最主要的是送餐可以用機器人，很好玩。果斷又續住一個月，性價比真的很高哇~

酒店裝修很新，服務很好，設施非常棒，電動窗簾，尤其是小米電視很大，可以投屏，很喜歡。停車場有地上和地下，停車很方便。 衞生：非常非常乾淨。 服務：非常熱情周到，有求必應。房間有小冰箱，總體感覺性價比高。有機會還會選擇。

帶小朋友出來玩，很開心，房間很大，裝修設計很有特點，大人小孩都很滿意！前台很熱情，還有服務管家也很細心，有需求都會馬上回復，值得推薦！停車也很方便

酒店有非常有設計感，大堂和走廊都有淡淡的香味，非常好聞。訂的商務房間，跟喜鵲的風格不太一樣，但是非常喜歡這樣的品位。服務很好，細節很到位，老婆非常喜歡梔子花香的洗髮水，但是酒店沒有賣的，有點小遺憾。自助早餐還可以吧，品種比較多，離高架很近，停車方便，還可以延遲退房，有機會還會來。😎
