去年和今年這個時候，探親回家都會訂這家酒店，兩次都是家庭房，這次一進門就發現門禁安全鎖鏈壞了，打前台説能不能修，前台電話裏説找師傅看看，然後，一個保潔阿姨過來送衣架的時候順便看了一眼，説哦壞了找師傅，然後就再也沒有然後了，這次沒通過華住會通過攜程訂的，不知道是不是因為這個訂房平台的問題導致有服務差異，這是猜的啊，反正這個事弄得晚上睡覺還有點膈應，要找個凳子懟着門睡，另外酒店的早餐我感覺兩年都沒換過，菜品都一樣，希望明年再住的時候能好一些。

這家全季酒店毗鄰鄭州火車東站 也就是鄭州高鐵站 真的是特別近 出站後拎着箱子在橋下走過一個路口就到了，圖片是我在房間內拍的高鐵站 真的很近！ 推薦往來人士住在這裏 尤其是趕早晚班高鐵的人們 是個不錯的選擇 酒店樓下有便利店 酒店東側的大樓有個電影院 一公里範圍內也有超市商區 走不遠處還有比較正宗的燴麪小吃 周圍還是比較便利的 住着也不貴 ，另外這次住的是零壓大床房 床墊是乳膠材質確實睡着舒服 看來以後都要訂這種房型了

1.酒店離東站很近，如果想走路過去的話，要走到進站的大廣場上去導航，坐公交的話，出站左拐走到公交站點，按導航坐車，一站路。東站附近有兩個全季酒店的，網上打車位置一定要選對，如果去機場的話，可以在東站坐機場大巴，也可以打車60多塊錢，半個小時左右到2.最近酒店是沒有空調製冷用的，4月21日晚上回去的晚，開空調，越開越熱，室內温度28度，晚上快12點打電話前台才知道現在沒有冷氣，需開窗自然風製冷，後來前台還很貼心的送來個零食袋和幾瓶冰鎮的礦泉水，我和娃一人抱着兩瓶礦泉水才睡着的3.酒店附近沒有什麼小餐館可以隨時補給餐食，不過酒店樓下有個飯店，我點過炒飯，40多塊錢一份，豐儉由人嘍，早餐自助餐還可以，有一定的種類給顧客選擇，味道中規中矩。
