Very good accommodation experience, praise housekeeper Yao Ruihe, if I have the opportunity to come to Zhengzhou again in the future, I will choose this hotel again.

This hotel is the one I go to every time I go on a business trip. It has a good environment, good service, good hygiene, convenient transportation, rich breakfast, bed sheets and quilt covers are changed for each guest, and the air in the room is well ventilated.

Environment: OK, but compared to other hotels of the same price, the room is too small. Hygiene: The bed is clean and hygienic Facilities: Very rubbish, whether it is the lamp, TV or toilet, they are all the rubbish I have ever used. Especially the TV, not only is it small, but there is nothing to watch. Although there are not many five-star hotels with TVs that can cast screens, this one also has a paid movie viewing service. As a result, I searched five hotels and found none of them. It is a complete IQ tax Service: Other five-star hotels basically waive the deposit as long as they use Ctrip, but this one does not. Moreover, the only drink charged in the room is Evian, but there is no obvious sign. I drank a bottle of Evian and was charged 58. I accept it because Evian is expensive, but this one doesn't even have a sign, or a list of charges like Shangri-La, it's simply unbearable. Buffet: Others are tolerable, but this one is really unbearable. There are ridiculously few things. I have no desire to eat after walking around. The Western buffet for 250 per person requires you to order even pasta separately. The seafood is all cheap. I can only say that I only paid 250 yuan to eat here.

I would like to give special thanks to the account manager Yao Ruihe. The butler-style service is comparable to that of first-tier cities! It feels like living in a luxury brand hotel. It feels like home and is humble and polite.  The lobby is magnificent and will not make you feel old. There is a turndown service in the room, as well as a free charger. The details are good👍! The location is very convenient, opposite the provincial government. The transportation is convenient, and it is also worry-free to go out and do things. Yonghe Platinum is undoubtedly the best in Zhengzhou. The whole accommodation experience is great. I stayed in Zhengzhou for a total of four nights. I was dazzled by the choice of hotels and finally picked two. I was very lucky that Yonghe Platinum was my final two choices. The architectural style of the hotel is European. Needless to say, the hardware is more important. All the employees are serving with heart and soul. Zhang Feng, the cleaner on the 21st floor, put small biscuits when cleaning the room, adjusted the position of the bathrobe, changed the pillow, and added a massager, which made me feel very warm when I returned to the room. The housekeeper Song Cheqing is kind and enthusiastic in service. The room he arranged is also great and the cleaning is very thorough. I would like to thank her and other employees for their thoughtfulness. It is not only recommended to stay, but it is really worth staying!
