After consulting with her, the lady helped us upgrade the room and sent breakfast to my eldest child (free for the second child). When we arrived in the room, the housekeeping staff saw that there were many of us and came to give us mineral water. It was very attentive. My eldest child specifically told me to give the hotel a five-star rating and stay at Zhengfangyuan Hotel next time I come to Zhengzhou. Service: From Miss Li Yuanlian from the reservation department to the brothers in the concierge department, to the sister who delivered the quilt in the housekeeping department, the brothers and sisters were very enthusiastic and considerate. We delivered the luggage and supplies for the journey in advance. The brother in the concierge department helped me go to the express cabinet to pick up the express and the large luggage carton and sent them to the room. When checking out, the staff saw my two children and gave them cute little gifts "key chains" for them. The children loved it. Breakfast: The breakfast is rich, the hotel provides set meals, as well as the local specialty "Hot and Spicy Soup". In addition, the "Triangular Cheese" is very good, my eldest child's favorite, and it is a private dinner. The restaurant staff is also very nice. They helped me toast bread and fetched boiled water for my second sister, so that I could have a better meal. In short, it is a five-star hotel that treats guests very attentively. The room is quite big, the breakfast is rich in variety, including spicy soup, and the front desk upgraded me to an executive room for free. All are very good.

The hotel is very comprehensive. In addition to large rooms, there is also a gym and swimming pool. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to use the free fitness group class because of the short time. I will definitely come again next time.

The hotel is very close to the subway entrance and has convenient transportation. The heated swimming pool and gym facilities are in place. The restaurant is divided into Chinese and Western restaurants, and breakfast has local specialties. I will book this hotel next time I go to Zhengzhou. 😊
