Kendala :Petugas front office tidak dapat berbicara bahasa Inggris sehingga menyulitkan untuk komunikasi. Ternyata di awal diperlukan deposit 100 Yuan dulu untuk 1 malam sebagai jaminan. Kamarnya luas terdapat kasur ukuran queen size dan sofa tetapi lantainya kotor sehingga harus pakai sandal ke mana-mana. ACnya tidak sentral menggunakan remote. TVnya menggunakan bahasa China. Kamar mandi air panas jalan tetapi bocor selangnya. Disediakan amneties, hairdryer, sabun, shampoo. Ada view gedung-gedung tinggi dr kamar. Positif (+) kamar luas dan bisa menampung banyak orang dan cukup jika untuk Travelling sendiri

房間比較大，空調外機竟然在室內！本來以為關掉空調外機就不響了，結果關了還是嗡嗡響！這樣的房間就不應該給客人入住！

來鄭州出差一直都住這個酒店，酒店地理位置優越，在省人民醫院對面，旁邊就是地鐵站，樓下吃飯的地方特別多，離我們的客户距離也很近，客房裝修簡潔但看着舒服，室內乾淨衞生，客房大姐打掃很認真負責，關鍵是酒店價格不貴，性價比不錯，對了，忘了説個重要的事情，前台小姐姐服務好，人更漂亮，每次到前台都會忍不住跟她開開玩笑😄

前台有兩個，服務都很好，很喜歡！人很好。，一開始衞生也很乾凈，但是！！裏面有個保潔阿姨是什麼意思啊？我們要了兩床被子，兩個枕頭，如果要求不合理明明可以明確拒絕我們，但非要噁心我們，拿兩個破被子臟臟的，黃黃的。還態度十分惡劣説你們衹在這裏住一天，一般衹有多住幾天的人才給多餘的被子，你們住一天的為什麼要多餘的被子不知道是看我們幾個女孩子好欺負還是怎麼樣，好不容易拿了兩床被子，又噁心的説那是他的被子，枕套也不套好，説，那你們就自己套吧，枕套也臟臟的。。。這個阿姨的態度十分惡劣，很希望酒店對他做出正確的處理😊

前台戴眼鏡的女孩真的超級沒有禮貌，每次過去續訂房卡眼皮都不帶抬起來的，更別説禮貌用語，前台的女孩給差評，其他人接待的時候還會站起來禮貌客氣一下。

整體體驗超出預期！房間簡約乾淨，床品親膚透氣，衞浴設備一應俱全。隔音出色，睡眠質量拉滿。工作人員服務熱情，有求必應。雖然無早餐，但周邊餐飲豐富，位置便利，性價比很高，值得推薦！

位置不好找到了前台沒人打電話等了十多分鐘人才來很不容易辦完入住了拿到房卡上樓打不開門跟我説門鎖沒電了換了個房間還是尾房進屋一看衞生特別差床單還是爛的隔音也特別差颳風刮的玻璃一直響一晚上沒休息好
