There was a hole in the body towel. The front desk receptionist is a 4 star who doesn't speak English at all. Unfortunately. I waited for 1 hour to get into the room I reserved because the receptionist did not speak English. And very slowly

I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Zhengzhou, and I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The facilities were top-notch, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. What truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly Mr. Lee Li at the reception. From the moment I arrived, he went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed and comfortable. He was incredibly attentive, professional, and helpful with all my needs, making my stay hassle-free and enjoyable. I am deeply grateful for his support and kindness. The hotel facilities are old, the air conditioner is not cool at all, and the room is very hot. I found a staff to fix it, but it was useless. In the end, the whole broken electric fan was given to me. No matter what, it was still a five-star hotel. There was a middle-aged man with poor service attitude and treated customers differently.

Close to covid test station, staffs are so friendly

I originally wanted to book the Sofitel Hotel online, but it looked a bit old. I hesitated and booked this one. The hotel is relatively old, and the room's infrastructure and hardware configuration seem a bit old. The hotel front desk guy upgraded me to a Hollywood king room with a view of the lake outside. The hotel room service is very good. The room heating is not very good, so the aunt sent an electric heater! One non-self-service free washing single garment every day: The housekeeping aunt washes the clothes very well and the details are in place! When the housekeeping aunt cleans the room, she will add a few more bottles of water and chrysanthemum tea every day, and she also specially left a note to remind me to drink more water. I am very touched! It makes me feel like I am at home when I am away from home. Once again, I would like to thank the aunts in the hotel housekeeping department: Luo Shuangxia, Song Qinglan, and Song Jinfeng! Thank you.

The room is very big, and the best thing is the bed. It's rare to sleep so well on a business trip! Highly recommended. The temperature in the room is a little hot, so open the window for ventilation. The female colleagues at the front desk are great! Very efficient! I left my door card at the gym on the fifth floor, and a spare access card was delivered in one minute. It's worth trusting and staying in this hotel!
