房間乾淨衞生，地理位置相對來説還比較好找，周圍樓下的店鋪很多，吃飯不成問題，房間裏面還有很多為了不同顧客考慮使用的東西，比如一次性毛巾浴巾等等，上面寫有價格，按喜好使用就可以了。衞生間也乾淨，抽紙很大，床上用品也不錯。

前台服務態度差，第一次的房間對着電梯口，下樓找前台換了房間，第二次化粧品放在鏡子前面的板子上面，板子斷了，溝通幾遍，效率巨慢，加錢換房間，前台電話溝通説你們訂特惠房還這麼多事，本來就是酒店設施問題，我們也同意賠償，酒店有特惠房是不讓住對嗎？換房間也是下樓找前台去拿了房卡，前台電話裏説本來你們訂的就是特惠房怎麼怎麼樣，態度這麼差嗎？前台不算服務行業嗎？沒培訓過嗎？

1、酒店隔音很差，晚上睡覺的時候對面唱歌的聲音聽的一清二楚，環境非常吵
2、不理解一次性浴巾還需要單獨收費？這是我從來沒遇到過的情況，那我想請問將近200塊錢一晚的酒店，花在什麼地方了
3、無線WiFi網巨差，別説打遊戲， 卡的時候看**都是問題
4、我選擇的權益是到下午2點退房，1.30左右就開始催，在催什麼呢？怕會賴着不走嗎

房間剛裝修挺新，環境也很好，但是服務設施和描述不符，根本就沒有免費停車場，所謂的停車場就是路邊，車位需要自己佔，如果沒有就需要自己去隔壁花錢的，説實話，應該實際情況描述，好讓我們提前有選擇，水不夠喝了去前台想要瓶，還得單獨花錢，説實話，平台用了這麼多年，第一次做出這種評價，我首先信任的是平台，因為畢竟是通過平台描述來選擇酒店的，我也算個旅行達人了，平台應該能看出來，所以這次是有史以來通過平台體驗最差的一次，但是還不至於給差評，衹是實話實説，畢竟還是有好的方面，還是把設施服務裏面改一下吧，實際情況備註好，不要讓客户盲目跑一趟

前台服務好，去哪裡都特別方便，周圍飯館便利店超級多，各種小吃小攤也有，打車也特別好打，阿姨打掃衞生也很認真，酒店距離上班的地方特別近，有機會還會再來

很差，電視不能看，洗手間沒有門，收費項目較多且沒有明確提前告知（一次性馬桶座套居然也是收費的哈哈哈😂）沒有停車場，總體體驗基本上是出行以來最差的，
