房間挺大的，佈局使用起來也很方便，是之前酒店的傳統佈局，有衣櫃、寫字枱，還有一個小吧枱～
衞生間挺大，乾濕分離，特別點讚的是小份的洗漱用品，品質不錯，白茶香型，還有潤膚乳。
前台接待的服務也很好，看到我們有小朋友特別給了一份小童拖鞋+洗漱用品，這個真沒想到。
設施方面看到有一個大的健身房，感覺也不錯。

我們兩家在酒店度過了一段非常愉快的假期。酒店的位置非常優越，周圍環境優美，交通便利。房間寬敞明亮，設施齊全，尤其是為孩子們設定的小童設施非常貼心。酒店的服務也非常周到，7032工作人員態度友好且專業，還給孩子送了可愛的小禮物。餐飲方面，菜品豐富多樣，口味地道。對於有孩子的家庭來説，這裏真的是一個完美的度假選擇。

酒店前台的小姑娘服務很好，房間環境和衞生也不錯，地毯也很乾凈。唯一不滿意的是住店期間的電梯墜落事故，2025年1月20號吃完早餐當天，從2層餐廳坐電梯到27層時，電梯到了27層，門沒有打開，電梯瞬間快速墜落到24層，因為我沒有其他樓層的電梯卡，所以按其他樓層的按鍵都按不亮，呼叫電梯裏面的緊急鈴 一直無人接聽，帶着孩子長者被困在20多層電梯裏，電梯快速墜落被困，居然緊急呼救鈴沒人接聽，這一點簡直無語，這家酒店的這部電梯以後不會再坐了，到現在還後怕……
這件事情發生後，酒店的負責人居然都沒有露面或電話解釋電梯緊急呼救鈴無人接聽的情況，可想應該沒有重視電梯墜落檢修問題。
該説不説，人家前台小姑娘服務很好，如果不是在電梯裏及時聯繫上前台小姑娘，差點找12345呼救了…

房間空調根本不開就會有很大的風噪聲導致無法睡眠，處理結果是把空調徹底斷開不讓用，設施有問題不盡早處理，整這麼一出確實噁心人，還是豪華酒店，一點好的酒店樣子都沒有，衞生也一般，差評。

房間很大，衞生很好，視野開闊，進入房間無異味，床也很舒適，重點是安靜，對於睡眠比較輕的人來説，能有一個安靜的睡眠環境真的是非常棒的體驗！前台服務熱情，特別是工號7032，退房後有東西忘在房間了，她非常熱情且積極的幫我去尋找，非常感謝！以後再來鄭州還會訂這裏。
