環境不錯，衞生也可以，但是設施和服務一項比一項更差。晚上十點過準備洗澡，熱水放了半小時都不熱，讓工程部派人來看，解決方案是繼續放水，這個也就算了，工作人員説我們住的末端房（1210）會出現此類情況。
最不可忍的是早上的早餐，入住時前台説是自助早餐，早上去十六樓餐廳，服務員説別的時間都是自助，就今天是配餐，因為他們中午有幾十桌午餐要做忙不過來。你們忙不過來就要犧牲入住客人享用自助餐的權利?你們難道不應該自己去克服並解決?或者你提前告知也好，我們可以選擇不住這家。我們就想吃點蔬菜，不想吃配的花捲肉腸，配的早餐我給剩了大半，真的是太過份了！

辦理好住宿，前台小哥還幫我拉行李送我到電梯，沒想到這家酒店服務還是挺到位的。
我選的臨街的房間，我喜歡看窗外的環境，大大的落地窗對我來説算是很驚喜，房間很乾凈，地毯很軟，床很舒服，強烈推薦他家的睡衣，很軟很舒服並且沒有洗滌的異味。我很滿意。

特別滿意的一次住宿，還麻煩工作人員給換了房型，預訂的是標間，給換成了大床房，主要沒想到這大床房 也真大啊 跟家裡客廳一樣 估摸也得有80平方 咖啡喝完了 想帶兩包路上喝 問服務員 多少錢再買兩包 服務員直接給送了5包 非常感謝！全程服務態度賊好，好評！

飯店不是新飯店，但是整體很簡單、乾淨、舒適。空間大偏向中式擺設，唯獨房間裡面沒有冰箱，餐館沒吃完外帶或買飲料沒法冰！！
