房間很温馨，前台免費給升級成了一室一廳房，設施齊全地理位置好，床也舒服，下次還會來。

1.電視無法登陸自己的賬號，想看vip劇集衹能額外付費¥14.9買斷24h，也就是説當你入住三天，需要付三次。
2.更驚喜的來了，套房三台電視，三個賬號，當你躺到卧室想再看會兒電視，你會驚喜的發現需要再付一個¥14.9，你的家人在次卧同樣需要，咱就是説當場笑出聲。
3.工作人員服務態度挺好，然房間衞生條件一般，角落均有灰塵，地毯明顯污漬。
綜上，不會再入住。

房間整體很舒適，配套設施齊全，屋內乾淨禁煙，窗外景觀也很好。離東站很近，可以很方便地去周邊城市出差或者遊玩。

需要房間安靜才能休息的，不推薦入住。
服務：服務好，響應及時。沒有按照產品介紹裏配mini bar，聯繫前台，快速解決問題。給升級配置mini bar的套房。
設施：設施老化、破損嚴重：如公區如電梯內、走廊，房間內木地板、踢腳線等。客廳空調開關裝的位置很隱蔽，找不到在哪，退房時才發現一個窄牆的角落裡。房間電話使用説明裡沒有服務中心號碼，快速服務按鍵，按了後，沒有撥通電話。房間玻璃隔音效果不好。
衞生：整體整潔。浴缸邊緣的膠條上的處處黴斑讓人覺得不乾淨。浴缸塞的背面膠條和底部有很多污垢。櫃子裏的浴袍一股油油的味。
環境：噪音大，無法入睡。公寓樓東西朝向，東側鄰路，安排的東側房間。晚上噪音很大，時不時還能聽到震動的聲音，貌似是高鐵路過，也不知道高鐵距離這個樓有多遠。卧室空調噪音大，不全是室內機的噪音。室外機就在卧室拐角的那個設備間處。
