I was assigned a Big, Clean room with a private bathroom & window.. The boss will solve any issues on the room if it arises.
My room TV was not working & he changed me to another room with a good TV. Just message him via WeChat & will get a fast reply.
Do note that AC facilities is not included in the hotel price. Since it's cold temperatures outside, I didn't opt for the AC. One can opt for less noisy room too

The location is really good, there is a snack street downstairs. But the corridors are dilapidated, the elevator is difficult to wait, and the decoration is hard to describe.
