I was attracted by the design style of this hotel! The overall style is Chinese, and the photos are superb. The room is very clean and sanitary, and it smells great when you enter the room. The front desk service was very good. We didn't know where to eat, but the front desk patiently told us where to eat nearby, helped us with directions, and recommended the nearby sculpture park where the children had a lot of fun. I will come to this hotel next time.

The front desk is rubbish. It didn't remind the customer that the room was a double bed room at three o'clock in the morning. There was no free replacement. I went downstairs for the second time to make up for the price difference of more than 100 yuan to upgrade to a standard room. After checking online, it cost 50 more to rebook. The room that was booked was given to the operation point. A 50 handling fee was deducted upon check-out. Bad review, I will never go there again.

Hygiene: There is dust on the clothes hangers, stains on the sheets, and stains on the sofa. The overall feeling is not very hygienic.

來鄭州看演唱會，就近選的酒店，其實也不算近，離奧體四五公里吧。房型比較中正，面積一般，一個人住其實算寬敞，打掃得比較乾淨，不過洗護用品沒有護髮素，提供的礦泉水根本就不好擰開，最要命的是隔音差，隔壁房間説話聲聽得一清二楚，早餐比較鹹，前台服務還蠻好。
