總體體驗不錯，房間大設施也齊全，性價比高；和貝殼酒店共用一棟樓，但是入住時發現隔壁貝殼酒店130一晚商務大床或高級雙床還有早餐，可以到一樓對比兩家，兩家前台有一門通

真的，比較差，可能跟價格有關吧，顛覆了對尚客優酒店的認知，在江蘇縣城住的尚客優還蠻好的，想着來鄭州應該也不會差吧，但是……實在是一言難盡……衹能説，以後再也不住尚客優吧
帶孩子出來玩，孩子就嫌棄死了……

房間還不錯，整體乾淨整潔衞生，空間也挺大，辦理入住很快，很方便。也有免費的停車場，不用擔心停路邊被貼條。

差！車第二天趕高鐵就近找的酒店 想着應該不會太差 結果一去電梯很老也很臟 也不用刷卡誰都能來 還跟旁邊的貝殼酒店共同 上去走廊了也是有股味道 房間也不隔音 定的標間牙刷也衹給一把 反正就是很老很舊 感覺也不太乾淨 那空調更是響了一晚上直接影響睡覺！體驗很差！

衞生：很好酒店服務不錯，前台辦理入住很快，房間挺安靜，也很乾凈房間還有免費的4瓶礦泉水，退房還能寄存行李，空調也很給力，酒店位置不錯，離牡丹廣場地鐵站不遠，走路5分鐘。離商圈很近，周邊吃東西的地方很多，。酒店的設施也不錯，房間的設施全。前台還有應急醫用品，房間很大，舒適温馨。床品和毛巾嶄新乾淨。 下次有機會再來和盛酒店~推薦大家入住~
