酒店非常好！好的不得了！前台小姐姐都是坐着，迎賓從來不站起來，沒有服務意識，房間衞生尤其是玻璃上臟兮兮的，其他平面是黑色系不好評價，洗澡的花灑也是壞的，到處噴，早餐差，第一天一人發一個雞蛋，都什麼年代了，還怕顧客吃雞蛋，第二天去晚了沒有雞蛋，第三天雞蛋都煮飛花了，每天吃點饅頭鹹菜，熱菜有三個，看了也沒胃口，網絡時好時壞，時有時無，三天裏電梯壞了一次，開個發票也要等一天，基本都是旅行團入住，會議入住，散客慎入！

環境：宇宙無敵超級差 隔壁還有對面房間也不知道是******** 樓上也是 半夜一點多 水是一會一往下倒 下水管道聲音吵的根本沒法正常入睡 還有隔壁的 半夜打呼嚕 我在床上聽的門清 隔壁倆大姨 大清早就站在門口打電話 跟她外甥女打電話類 非説找不着她孫女了 讓她外甥女來幫忙找 又説要報警 我還在夢裡都幫人找孩子了 你想把 這跟你在睡覺有人在你床頭説 別**睡了 起來找孩子，想把去 隔音是一點不隔音的！吵死了 現在黑眼圈重的跟熊貓似的。誰再來這家酒店誰****
服務：前台很有禮貌 服務態度很好
其他沒了 是非對錯 自行判斷 望各自珍重

住了三天，訂的是家庭房，三個床房間夠大，但是窗户不朝陽一天沒太陽，電視是壞的看不了，早餐是我住酒店吃過最簡單的一次，酒店隔音不好，住的幾天趕上有公司在開會議的，晚上走廊裏就像地震了，所有工作人員服務很好，很熱情，總體來説，總體來説，230一晚的房費真不值，去過很多地方住過很多酒店都是給五星好評，這個酒店沒辦法，實在不滿意

位置很好找就在路邊上，陪孩子來附近比賽預訂了這家，接待的美女小姐姐看我們倆大人一個小朋友專門給升級了三人間，空間特別大，設施齊全，也有早餐可以預訂，給送到房間裏。這邊窗户外挨着高鐵道還以為晚上睡覺很亂，結果並沒有，價格也實惠，我們又特意續住了一晚。

出差到鄭州，聽朋友推薦選擇了這家酒店，整體入住還是比較滿意的，下了高鐵，直接地鐵幾站就到酒店了，前台小姐姐非常熱情，主動幫忙拿行李，房間也很乾凈舒服，衞生整潔，總體來説，還是很不錯的。

房間被套是壞了的，也沒更換，床上也有點臟，而且晚上睡覺的時候總能聽到有人在推門，凌晨有人一直在撬門的感覺，隔音也不是很好。
