It is just a four minute walk north of Zhengzhou train station, so is convenient if you are arriving or departing from that station. There are many convenient shops nearby, and it is a ten minute walk from Erqi Square. The hotel facilities are basic, but everything works. It is very much a place you choose just for one night because it is near the train station.
