和朋友一起旅遊，在攜程看評價選擇了入住河南飯店，訂了三間。進院內環境優美，停車方便。我們進大廳就看到小王滿臉笑容向我們問好，快速辦理入住後，小王介紹房間位置設施設備，安排行李員一起送行李，到房間後，隨後小王又打電話問房間還滿意嗎，特別用心，話語柔和，得知我們晚上想吃河南特色菜，就主動介紹河南飯店餐廳菜品，幫忙預訂餐廳包間（少林廳），很有意義的包間名字，小王的服務專業熱情親切，晚上用餐很愉快，包間服務人員很熱情周到。另外客房部喬俊霞和張新麗的服務賓至如歸，同行的朋友都特別滿意，酒店設施方便，洗澡水好房間温暖，總之到鄭州選河南飯店入住準沒錯，推薦推薦。

酒店在市中心位置。出行很方便。剛剛到酒店服務管家王華熱情接待。前台小姑娘李冰燕幫我們提行李箱送到房間。王明慧管家和小李幫我們找豫劇演出茶樓。並且打電話聯繫。我們終於看到精彩的豫劇表演，滿足心願，何奧風管家指點我們去健康路夜市。看到了老百姓的人間煙火氣。總之，對河南飯店的服務質量十分滿意。感謝您們的工作。我們住過很多次酒店。河南飯店服務最好。房間乾淨整潔。早歺豐富多樣。停車管理有序。綠色環境一流。再次感謝河南飯店的工作人員。謝謝🙏🏻

老牌子政務酒店，整體上不錯。位置非常好，就在市中心。住的是一號樓，設施稍微偏老舊，但該有的都有。

房間還不錯，尤其衞生健康看着挺新。就是電視機不怎麼好，一間電視隔30秒就會藍屏，另一間電視偏色，人臉都是藍色或者紅色，看着很不舒服。估計電視機老化，建議更換。
早餐可以，服務員熱情，地址很不錯，離地鐵站很近2分鐘路程。

果然還得是市級老牌大賓館 裝修好 服務好 賓館內還有商朝的冶鐵遺址 特意怕掛羊頭賣狗肉 入住前看房間寫的20平 怕太小環境不好 還諮詢了前台入住可以先查看房間不合適可退 結果環境非常好 即使選的臨街房 房間的隔音也很好 寬敞舒適 最後一晚臨時變更行程也是隨時可退的 而且飯店早餐很豐盛 非常棒

3號樓2樓的服務員很熱情，有問題馬上幫忙解決了，前台服務也很周到，問題解釋很清楚，整體衞生很優秀，房間佈局比較老乾部風，客房送的水果不錯。周圍吃飯的地方很多，離河南省博也不遠。

房間比想象的小，設施齊全，服務熱情很加分，漢服也很漂亮，登記是我到現在為止最嚴謹的，還要背身份證核對。早飯很豐富。除了房間小（孩子好幾次掉下床還好有沙發接着）其他都好。

70年的老牌飯店，客房重新裝修，乾淨衞生，沒異味。
