I am an old user VP of Ctrip. Basically, I book hotels, air tickets and bus tickets through Ctrip every time.
I rate Ctrip very favorably.
But this stay alone changed my assessment of the authenticity and brand of Ctrip.
Jin Jiang Hotel Group has such a bad hotel.
This is something I never expected.
I will give my feedback on the five major issues with this hotel:

The floor is very low and the air conditioner is broken. I asked the customer service and said it cannot cool the air? I’m dizzy, what should I do in the summer? Just open the windows to let in some cool air! It was so noisy outside that I felt dizzy when I woke up in the morning. The experience is too bad and there are no slippers for taking a shower. The disposable slippers are wet when you come out of the shower and are easy to slip. Hope to improve.

The cup next to the kettle has not been cleaned. There are coffee stains on the rim of the cup. There is a layer of floating dust on the table. Is this how hygienic it is?

I stayed in Room 312 and it was very noisy. The machine outside kept ringing all night long and I couldn't sleep at all. The front desk said that the machine runs from 7 o'clock to 10 o'clock in the evening. It usually stops after 10 o'clock, but the machine does not stop at night. I asked the front desk for earplugs, but it was of no use.
