Atour S Hotel, Vientiane City, Zhengzhou East Station

This Atour hotel is a high-end property with a great sense of design. The scent is lovely, and the location is quiet yet convenient. The robot room service is super quick, and the staff's service is very professional. I'll definitely stay here again on my next business trip.

I had originally booked another hotel, but then I saw that Henan was offering tourism coupons for Chinese New Year, and this hotel was very affordable, including breakfast for two. I booked it without hesitation. I arrived at the hotel at 9:30 AM, and the front desk checked me in by 10:30 AM. Plus, I got a late check-out at 2 PM the next day, so my stay was for more than a full day – I really appreciate that. They even upgraded me for free to an executive king room, and I was able to wash and dry all the dirty clothes I'd accumulated over the holiday. Every single staff member was incredibly friendly. I just mentioned that the air conditioning wasn't on and the room felt warm because the weather in Zhengzhou had been so nice and warm these past two days. The front desk lady immediately offered to switch my room. I declined, saying I was already settled and didn't want to cause trouble, but she insisted, saying it was no problem and I could leave my belongings in the current room and just use another one for sleeping! Seriously, what kind of amazing service is this? I was so touched. The breakfast featured local Henan specialties like Spicy Soup (Húlà tāng), Tofu Pudding (Dòufu nǎo), and Braised Noodles (Huìmiàn), all of which tasted fantastic. A huge thank you to every staff member for their heartfelt hospitality and smiling service – you are the best!

The room was spotless, and we even got a free upgrade! The breakfast spread was huge, and all the facilities were top-notch. It felt a lot more upscale than other hotels.

迷你吧:是有製冷效果的（好評），裏面的飲料都是免費的，且很好喝 新的酒店，設施很新 早飯很好吃，既有麪包，果醬，果汁（種類很多）也有現做的燴麪（拌麪可選的醬汁種類非常多），胡辣湯，能滿足不同人羣的喜好 總之很推薦（其他未提及的方面也都高於平均值）

酒店離鄭州東站比較近，公交車2、3站就到了，不過下車後需要步行一段路，就是酒店門頭不太明顯，第一次差點走過了。 房間很不錯，面積大，衞生情況很好，設施齊全。 由於生病不太舒服想多躺會兒再去東站，向前台告知想多延遲一下退房，但沒説原因，也備註辦理了，真的很棒，讓人心暖暖。

很好，乾淨，安靜。酒店設計很特別，門口的小路很舒服，房間裏的睡袍一次性包裹，可安心使用。房間格局好，衞生間大，有便捷蘋果手機充電，細節到位。離高鐵近。比較新的酒店，酒店前台有禮貌，亞朵不會讓人失望，下次過來會繼續住這兒

這次入住體驗非常棒！酒店的服務真的沒話説，從前台辦理入住的熱情高效，到客房服務人員的細緻周到，每一位工作人員都面帶微笑，主動詢問需求，讓人感覺賓至如歸 酒店的設施也非常新，房間乾淨整潔，裝修現代有品味。床品舒適，衞浴設備都是全新的，用起來很方便。健身房/也很棒，器材新，環境好下次來還會選擇這裏！強烈推薦！
