The hotel experience was fantastic! The room was clean and odorless, and the bedding was so comfortable I didn't want to leave it. The front desk service was attentive, the breakfast was varied and delicious, and the location was convenient. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

On this business trip to Zhengzhou, I specifically chose this newly opened high-rise hotel, and it was a pleasant surprise that far exceeded my expectations! First of all, the location is perfect, right in the high-speed rail station area. A taxi ride from the station takes only about ten minutes, which is a real bonus for me when I'm catching a high-speed train. Even more surprising, the famous Mixue Ice City headquarters is just a few minutes' walk downstairs! As a loyal fan, I find it particularly fun to stroll over and check in at night. The hotel itself is very new, with modern facilities, clean, and no odors at all. My room was on a high floor, with a fantastic view, especially at night, when the dazzling city lights took in the view, instantly relieving any fatigue. The room was also very soundproofed, and the high-rise location was no bother with wind noise, which made for a very good sleep. What I'll always remember most is the breakfast! I can only describe it as "stunningly abundant"! It offers a fusion of Chinese and Western cuisine, with hot and cold dishes, dim sum, congee, noodles, freshly cooked noodles, fresh fruit, a variety of baked breads, yogurt salads... The variety is dazzling, and the food is replenished promptly, and the quality is excellent. The freshly made egg rolls and piping hot wontons were especially refreshing, starting the day off full of energy. The staff were incredibly welcoming, promptly closing the room, and always smiling. Check-in and check-out were efficient, and the service was excellent. Maintaining such a high standard of service in a new hotel speaks volumes about the management's dedication. Whether traveling for business or leisure, this hotel, located near transportation hubs and popular landmarks, boasting high-rise views, a superb breakfast, and cutting-edge service, definitely deserves a five-star recommendation! Next time I'm in Zhengzhou, this will definitely be my first choice!
