服務：首先感謝工作人員小霍，提前一天跟我溝通需求，還幫我升了房，有問題都及時給我解答。
酒廊的工作人員也很熱情
設施：新洲際就是好，硬件也好，設計也好看，酒廊風景也好
鄭州這兩家洲際水準都不錯，丹尼斯洲際周圍確實太破了，風景不好看，鄭東洲際就很好了，風景確實好。
硬件方面，略比丹尼斯洲際差一些，電視，音響都不如丹尼斯洲際，但是瑕不掩瑜
早餐的肉夾饃和麪都不錯，炒菜的餐品少了一些，但總體水準還是很高的

新開的酒店，硬件很新，服務也很不錯，各個崗位都會主動打招呼，有什麼要求都會盡力滿足，感謝！但是就是因為新開需要時間磨合，有些問題我提出一下，希望對你們有幫助！
1.禮賓部人手不夠（個人服務還是好的），有時候沒時間幫忙拿行李，下車的第一感覺會變差。
2.開荒保潔做的不好，至少我住的2317房間是這樣，金屬插座和開關等部件白色油漆都沒有清理掉，我擦拭過，是可以擦掉的，這是第一次在五星級酒店看到這個情況。
3.洗澡水比較小，導致忽冷忽熱。
4.缺少喝茶的杯子，衹有咖啡杯、玻璃杯、紅酒杯，想泡杯茶都沒有杯子。

鄭東洲際應該是一個開了不久的酒店，感覺所有的設施都是很新的樣子。房間很舒服，挺寬敞的。而且洗護配的全套的Byredo的，味道香香的。客房送餐也很及時。辦理入住和退房的時候，前台小李態度很好，很專業，辦理的很快。而且離鄭州東站真的很近，超級方便。下次來鄭州 還會選這裏。

位置超方便：離鄭州東站就幾步路，地鐵站也在旁邊，去機場也超快。
房間新又舒服：落地大窗户看城市風景，床墊是高級貨，睡一覺賊踏實，雖是新酒店但沒有一點裝修味。
細節貼心：浴室鏡子不起霧，充電口多，花灑沖澡爽，還配了擦化粧品的黑毛巾。
重點表揚一下29號晚上值班的前台妹子小李，服務耐心細緻，提前預判客户需求，整個酒店的服務團隊都非常在線。
