前台還是很客氣的 但進到房間就開始很難熬的一晚 實在是到的太晚了 衹是過渡幾小時沒精力再換地方 房間環境看圖自行選抉擇吧 一直能聽到走廊裏的對話和敲門聲 入住前房間門都是敞開的 東廣場出去過馬路不遠就到走路十分鐘以內吧

床上有不明毛髮 我定的3個小時鐘點房打算候車休息一下結果前台開的房間空調有問題 我拿着房卡下去找前台想換房間前台態度不好（在那坐着戴口罩那個前台）的讓我回房間等着阿姨去看，結果阿姨來了也説空調壞了別的房間都沒有這樣的問題於是前台又讓我拿着房卡再下去換房整個過程浪費了我將近半小時，到退房的時候還在收拾東西剛滿三小時前台就開始催，請問我浪費的半小時誰負責？下去退房的時候前台眼神表情還很不好 我服了大家避雷這家衞生太差服務太差

除了衞生還可以以外，酒店沒有一次性拖鞋打電話問前台説一會送，等了20分鐘沒人，自己下去拿的，並且酒店洗澡的熱水很少，洗完需要燒要等20分鐘，重點是沒有標註這個需要等待燒水，洗了一半就涼了，差點給我凍感冒😷，真的很生氣！

優點：離鄭州東站很近，步行5分鐘。然而也就僅限於此了。
設施老舊，房間佈局讓人費解，衞生堪憂。如此種種，衹有不用心可以解釋。
要了一個帶窗户的房間，結果要爬到床上才能用力推開滿是灰塵的高高的窗户。窗外是交叉路口，不少車輛直接停在路上，叫聲、罵聲、喇叭聲，聲聲入耳。
選擇這裏。因為要趕第二天一早的高鐵去機場。所以放棄了稍遠一點的假日。顯然這是一個非常愚蠢的決定。疲憊中無力在折騰，捏着鼻子眯了6個多小時，第二天歇了一天都沒有緩過來。
還有如圖枕頭下兩團紙是什麼情況？
低估了2024年鄭州的一些酒店的下限。新世紀以來最差的出差住宿體驗。
最後忠告：這個樓裏面的所有酒店都不用考慮了。
基本不寫評論的，這次下這麼多，肝腸寸斷。
