酒店設施很齊全，衞生乾淨整潔，環境很好，尤其是服務特別好，進到大廳就有服務人員幫忙拿行李，前台小姐姐不光温柔漂亮，而且服務很周到，當時我拿了一袋衣服，前台告訴我有免費洗衣服務，我馬上把需要洗的衣服都給前台工作人員，而且前台配備的還有護手霜、大寶、卸粧巾、皮筋等，都是免費的，晚上我有朋友要來了，保安還給我送了茶葉。早餐很豐盛，有很多品種，尤其是胡辣湯，以後出差就選這家酒店，給你們點贊

到鄭州出差選了這家酒店，門口就是公交車站牌，停車很方便，大廳裝修很有特色，吧枱有茶水和小零食，前台小姐姐服務特別好，辦理入住時小姐姐告知可以免費洗衣服，我瞬間驚喜，攢了一個星期的臟衣服終於不用自己手洗了，誰懂出差人的感受啊家人們..房間衞生間乾濕分離，晚上洗澡那真是舒服，好久沒有睡過安穩覺了，早餐品種很多，可以吃到撐，這家店真的很不錯👍

房間衞生乾淨 整潔，前台小姑娘的服務熱情周到，問的問題都能給及時解決，旁邊交通很方便 出門就是公交站牌，酒店有前後兩個停車場，很方便停車
中央空調的温度足足的，對於怕冷的人 完全不用擔心，性價比很高的一家酒店，有機會還會再來入住

連續住了兩天，前台小姐姐服務態度很贊，房間很乾凈，床睡着特別舒服，空調、熱水都很棒，酒店停車方便， 交通也很方便，早餐品種多很好吃，酒店裝修很喜歡

房間很老舊，洗澡的時候，噴淋頭還會漏水，自己擰了一下才好，熱水太燙了，冷熱水調節有問題 打到熱水區域一點點就很燙的水 調到中間就冷水！反正就是不太好，然後洗個澡，水還會流到浴室外面！房間也沒有配備地巾。衞生一般，床單上還有一根頭髮，習慣出門自帶一次性床單被套，也就算了沒拍照！還有一點，房間的燈光控制面板也是有點意思 死活找不到關燈，原來那個小夜曲就是調節燈光的，也是挺逗的 ！總而言之就是下次不會再住了！

住了好幾天，水沒有一次熱的，大冷天的洗涼水澡。反應之後竟然沒下文，第二次反饋才給換房間，換了之後還是涼的，真是無語。
酒店衞生紙應該很貴吧，那麼一小卷根本就不夠，而且沒了也不給換，還要去前台要。
