房間設施簡直不能再差了，設施陳舊就算了，衞生間門把手壞的，入户門的貓眼用手紙堵上的，還不如去住民宿，當時訂的時候沖如家去的，結果去了發現，跟如家沒什麼關係，同一個樓層，還有公司，這就是民宿吧

住過最差的酒店，根本也不是如家，1月中旬的天氣屋子裡特別冷，晚上睡覺凍醒好幾次，衞生間水池漏水下面的櫃子連櫃門都沒有特別臟，洗手池熱水流量特別小而且要放半天才有熱水

最差的房間，沒有之一。吐槽！415房間水壓像遊絲，臉都洗不成，衹能接杯水刷刷牙，消防警示牌掉在地上，淋雨噴頭和花灑都是壞的，無法洗澡。設施陳舊，發黴，銹蝕現象到處都是。還好沒發現蟑螂 就住一天過個夜而已。

門口燈壞，洗手池的水流小，上面的污垢也不知道有多久了，淋雨燈壞，在我身邊炸開有異味，打掃之後也有異味，與酒店人員協商，提了兩種方案，人家就聽着我想免費住意思是我不想掏延時費？忙着考試今天來協商賠償，説我想佔便宜，好得很，原來消費者要體貼商家，我索賠是我佔便宜咯。
