首先，房間衞生間的門是壞的，沒有辦法關，其次前台態度非常惡劣，住在了506房間，因為帶着孩子，所以電話前台麻煩多給兩條浴巾，詢問如果有筷子的話，麻煩也給帶兩雙，前台説可以，説一會送過來，等了大概1個小時，沒有動靜，所以又致電前台詢問什麼時候送過來，前台這時候才告知，客房部下班啦，沒有辦法送來了，沒有辦法送過來，你不能告知我一聲嗎？我也不傻傻的等了，我等了一個小時，還得我主動打電話問你們才能告訴我是嗎？

設施：雖然大門不對着大街，剛來有點迷糊，但總體體驗還是特別好的。今年新開的，總體上説不錯，但是有三個不好的地方。一是桌面沒有燈，靠房間大頂燈就太暗，要是有辦公學習需求就不方便。二是玄關處有聲控燈，你沒有開關能控制，衹能讓它開着。晚上動靜大一點它就亮，就挺尷尬的。第三隔音一般，我可以聽見隔壁大哥晚上咳嗽，和走廊的所有交談
衞生：很好，沒有異味
環境：離地鐵站很遠，要走上17分鐘。但周邊飯店地攤都不少。
服務：服務不錯的。前台的女生和男生都很熱情，退房忘記拿房卡也不用我等。行李寄存也很包容，退房還可以存很久。
