First, as you can see in the pictures below, there were bugs on the bed in this room. This hotel's breakfast is pretty poor, even inferior to hotels like Hanting. I don't know how it got a four-diamond rating on Ctrip. Third, one positive thing about this hotel is that they offer a free bowl of noodles from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The noodles are delicious, and the service is really thoughtful. Fourth, they mentioned in the hotel description that they wouldn't charge a deposit, but they still took the 200 RMB deposit. Fifth, they placed two free bottles of mineral water on the bedside table. Then, in the most prominent area of the hallway, they placed a bunch of snacks and water. At 300 RMB, I think it's a moderate price for Zhengzhou. I thought the snacks and water were free, but I found a price list after paying. The water in some places was temporarily charged, and the free water was placed on the bedside table, which was very inconspicuous. Also, users who paid in full on Ctrip were required to pay a deposit, but users who paid by credit card did not. I'm not sure if this is true, but that's what customer service replied. However, the hotel description mentioned that they haven't charged a deposit since 2012-2013. Finally, I would like to suggest that the hotel could add a little extra, even if the 35 yuan is 100 yuan, and provide all the drinks and water for free. This might improve the review, rather than having to use a separate form with a fee that's much higher than the outside prices.

Your inadequate service impacted our guests' rest, and you didn't address it promptly and appropriately. We were lucky enough not to demand emotional compensation, but they didn't even waive the first-day room fee. Over 200 yuan isn't a big deal, which really reflects the poor service of this hotel. Ultimately, the issue was resolved through Ctrip's coordination. We provided our members with the utmost support and assistance.

The hotel is very close to the subway station. Very close to the aquarium. Super convenient and the service is very attentive. All the hotel staff at the front desk and cleaning staff are very patient. The attitude is great, the room is clean and comfortable, and it is really convenient for a family to travel.
