這次入住該酒店是一次非常愉快的經歷。酒店位置十分便利，帶孩子去了動物園和博物館，距離都非常近，離正弘城和大衞城也很近。酒店的員工都非常熱情周到，有需要的前台小姐姐也十分熱心幫忙解決，真心覺得這是一家值得信賴的酒店！

酒店在市中心，出門就是地鐵口，環境真心不錯，感覺最棒的是有一個全景落地窗，拍照很出片，觀景效果超好，出門旅遊住這家沒錯了，這家酒店真心不錯.

酒店房間觀景效果很好，衞生非常乾淨，超大落地窗晚上能看到鄭州的夜景，洗衣機電視一應俱全。服務好的沒話説，基本有求必應。是一次超讚的入住體驗

千萬別住 掛羊頭賣狗肉 實體到店是另一個酒店 入住的時候下午快兩點了房間不打掃好 就算了 退房當天12.20給我發消息説十二點前要退房如果延遲退房要加錢 給我氣的直接開懟 才説給我免費延遲到一點 如果我不懟她還要扣我錢？ 上下樓都是坐的貨梯 酒店根本算不上酒店就是公寓 衞生堪憂 到房間看到這衞生都想直接走了 花了290住一晚這價格不如住個如家

好的：酒店屬於市區中心地段，樓下就是商場，地鐵
不好：服務簡直太差，地下室停車後，入駐和退房都給我説錯電梯。更重要的是，酒店要求坐貨梯，簡直無語。坐客梯還要倒電梯，非常不方便。體驗非常查。
