There are only negative comments about this hotel. The hot water pipes were repaired at 10 o'clock in the evening. There was no hot water for bathing at night. There was no hot water the next morning. 超級超級超級滿意！是去看GAI演唱會，當天一進酒店就聽到在放他的歌，和前台提到是來看演出的，就送了貼紙還有小卡，服務態度也超級好。因為第二天要早走，怕來不及吃早飯，Ella女士主動溝通提出可以送餐或者放在前台走的時候帶走，還説可以24小時隨時聯絡時間，特別滿意的一次短途旅行！

設施很新，這個價位感覺是我去過的全季裏最好的一家了，地段方便，樓下附近有地鐵站和萬達商超。 點了外賣會有小機器人送到門口，很方便。 下次來鄭州繼續訂這家！
