Reception staffs very friendly and helpful. Room clean and bed comfy. Location convenient, near metro but not many shops around. Need to walk for 10 minutes to go shopping mall.

First, I live on the 7th floor and it’s unbelievable that there are such woodlice in the room. Checked into the room, there was hair on the bed! Hygiene is worrying!
Second, when checking in, the front desk said everything that needs to be said in a formulaic and emotionless manner, regardless of whether you have needs or not. For example, the room I booked did not include breakfast, and the front desk told me the breakfast time and location in a formulaic manner.
