I won't complain about the other things. I wanted to take a shower in the evening, but there was no hot water for about ten minutes. I called the front desk to ask what was going on, and they said directly that hot water would not be available until after 11pm, and they sounded very confident. I asked why they didn't let me know earlier, and they replied even more stubbornly than I did, saying that they just found out about it. What kind of hotel does this have to avoid peak hours to provide hot water?

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in! After arriving in Zhengzhou at 10 pm, I wanted to take a shower and rest, but there was no hot water! The child stayed naked in the bathroom for twenty minutes. I called the front desk and asked them to change rooms. They also said the water heater was broken and there was no hot water! The residents in the next room were kind enough to let us go over and take a shower, but it was inconvenient for me, a woman, to take care of a child! Finally, after an hour, the hot water came and the child had fallen asleep!

酒店位置很優越，距離環球大廈很近，距離地鐵口也很近，門口有免費停車場，還有充電樁很方便，距離鳳凰夜市幾步路，酒店工作人員服務很好👍，房間空間寬敞明亮舒適，房間的床睡着很舒服，下次還會來入住，推薦[強]

酒店和一舍酒店是一家，一舍的價格便宜，所以説比較坑，酒店開業2年了，整個設施很一般，前台服務態度差，特別是胖胖的目前，應該是個經理，説話態度非常不好，房間衞生也很一般，建議大家避雷，不會再去入住。

前台的小姐姐特別的會説話，臉上總是笑笑的和你聊天，聊家常，給你介紹附近的景點，好玩的小吃街，當天晚上我們去了回民街，然後第二天又參觀了閉門遊，真的很不錯，這次來西安旅行，入住這樣的酒店真的感覺性價比挺高的，沒有白來也挺划算，價格也不怎麼貴，挺優惠的，適合學生黨一起出來而且他們的房間還有機器人説我怪可愛的，房型住的很舒服推薦

超出預期的舒適體驗！這次出差去博覽中心選的這個酒店，體驗非常棒，房間設計現代簡約，關鍵是很乾凈，尤其是床品，零壓床墊舒適性好，幾乎是我住過最舒服的酒店床之一。二樓是一個茶吧，這次約的客户就在這裏接待的，第二天與我們公司二十多名同事開的會議也是選擇在這個酒店會議室開展，有一説一裝修 氛圍都在線，服務也很滿意。前台和客房服務態度專業，效率很高，主動詢問需求。多提一嘴，這個酒店位置超級便利，其中一個原因是距離博覽中心就一站地，離中州大道也近去哪裡都方便👏，周邊餐飲購物選擇也很多，交通也方便。早餐種類豐富，中西式都有，味道在線。淋浴水壓充足穩定，這點很重要！還有免費洗衣服務之類的，都很加分。來鄭州出差四次了，這次是最滿意的，下次來出差還會選擇住這個。
