如家商旅和精選是我在外出的時候首選地，價格合適住宿條件也很不錯，房間很大，設施很全，有書桌還有小桌椅，很方便，卧室內很乾凈，床很軟，住着很舒服，前台一樓有可供學習和休息的大桌子，還有沙發椅可以歇腳，前台服務很好，酒店提供免費洗衣服務。

從辦理入住會仔細詢問需求，能及時滿足需求，進出門前台都會微笑問好，服務非常熱情，房間乾淨舒適，大堂有免費的現磨咖啡，還有免費的洗衣房，提供洗衣服務，最貼心的是衹要跟前台提供房號，洗好的衣服就會送到房間。

不隔音，空調外機一直響，半夜十二點多走廊小推車來回好多趟，屋裡還有一股臭味，關鍵有蚊子！蚊子！蚊子！！！十月三十一號了，有蚊子，十點開始睡到現在兩點半總共打死了12隻蚊子，別問屋裡電蚊香為啥不用，**的藏到牀頭櫃下面好不容易找出來了插上去一點用沒有，蚊香液裏面裝的是水吧

訂了三天，很搞笑，預訂那麼早，攜程莫名其妙就中間一天給一份早餐，然後同住人一人去吃吧，還被誤會已經使用，前台説和別的客户搞混了，不是説房客都要刷卡才能吃嗎，然後和前台禮貌溝通後，贈送第二天雙份早餐，九點半去吃的吧，十點結束的早餐，就剩下三分之一的不到的東西，燴麪也沒了，水果也沒了，還不如不送，對哦單獨購買早餐價值48元一份哦。房間廁所有裝修味，下水道反味，瓶裝水隨便喝好評，提行李上台階不方便，沒明白這金標如家哪裡標準高了

不建議所有開車的旅客入住這家酒店，客觀的把情況反饋給更多的朋友，避免大家和我們有相同的遭遇。
1.首先是停車場設定不合理，位置狹窄，裏面停的車進出需要把外面的挪開，過程中容易發生刮蹭。
2.此外酒店要求把鑰匙放在前台方便挪車，我們認為是由酒店工作人員挪車，實際上是隨意讓非工作人員挪車。
3.關鍵問題是酒店停車場監控有死角，出現剮蹭事故時無法確定責任。酒店方卻要求客人提供剮蹭的證據，在這種情況下客人是很被動的，後面還有行程的情況下也沒時間和精力報警處理，最終衹能自認倒黴。
