I have stayed in so many hotels and I have never seen such a rubbish hotel. When I checked in at noon, the front desk service was also inattentive. I want to take a shower when I go back in the afternoon. The anti-slip mats were all moldy and black. I called the front desk and asked someone to take a look at it. There was only one room lady helping me throughout the whole process. May I ask what the front desk does? I was moved to another room three times. The first room was directly opposite the door of the men's bathroom. I asked about the smell of the bathroom without opening the door. When the second room opened, a piece of used toilet paper fell under the curtain. The sanitary condition of the third room is also worrying. No one called me to explain the situation. The attitude at the front desk gave me the feeling that our hotel is just like this, you can't live here if you like it.

This praise is for the front desk lady, because I promised her, but if it is based on the actual situation, I really can't give it. 1. The first room I stayed in was 3C50. The window of the room was on the shady side, and the building was severely blocked, and the room was depressing. It was inconsistent with the layout of the online preview when placing the order. The rightmost window was broken and could not be completely closed. After applying for adjustment, I waited for an hour and a half to change the room. 2. The new room is 3A01 (free room upgrade at the front desk), the overall lighting and location are relatively good, but the room layout is exactly the same as the room preview when I placed the order online. I don’t know whether it is indeed upgraded. Or was it a mistake to check in at the beginning? 3. The hotel’s appearance on the software is high-rise. When I actually checked in, the hotel has the highest four floors, and the upper floors are other units. There is only one internal elevator in the hotel. 4. The overall hygiene of the room is average. Bath towels and other items are not independently disinfected and packaged.

I don't understand why the rating is so high. The hotel facilities are average, with only one old elevator. You can go upstairs without swiping a card, and the safety factor is not very high. The room is good or bad, but one of the tiles in the bathroom has been broken, and the exposed sharp edges are very dangerous, especially for barefoot showers. Didn't the cleaning staff notice it when cleaning? They can't just turn a blind eye. The hotel can reimburse 10 yuan for taxi fare, which is indeed a relatively novel and fun option, but the front desk didn't remind me until I asked. The overall service is not very good. I can only say that I am very disappointed.

The room facilities are very new, it should have just opened. The breakfast in the morning is quite rich, and the room environment is also relatively clean. I would recommend it to colleagues to stay together

The hotel we booked this time is very close to the East Station. The front desk lady saw that we brought a child and upgraded the room for free. I recommend this hotel
