Service was very good. Yuki and Fair at the front desk were warm and welcoming. Great service from all the staff I encountered. Clean rooms and reasonably priced.

As a travel blogger with over one million followers on YouTube, I've had the opportunity to stay in hotels all around the world. The Holiday Inn in Zhengzhou is without a doubt one of the best I've ever experienced.
During my stay, I had the pleasure of staying in a Superior Queen room that was neat and clean, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The complimentary breakfast was also top-notch, with delicious food options to choose from.
However, what truly sets the Holiday Inn in Zhengzhou apart is the staff. Despite the language barrier, every staff member I encountered was incredibly friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. In particular, Tina stood out for her exceptional service and attention to detail. She helped me navigate the city and provided me with insider tips that only a local would know. Her genuine kindness and warm personality made me feel like I was staying with a friend rather than a hotel.
With my experience traveling to over 28 countries, I can confidently say that the Holiday Inn in Zhengzhou is a standout choice for any traveler looking for comfort, convenience, and exceptional service. If you're planning a trip to Zhengzhou, this hotel should be at the top of your list.

This was a great hotel to stay in in Zhengzhou. The staff were professional, friendly and always helpful. The room was clean and had everything that we needed, although if it had an iron we would have appreciated it. The extra touches such as complimentary water and WiFi made it very convenient.
We had their buffet breakfast on the last day of our stay and that was also pretty good. Lots of variety and not too crowded. The food was fresh and tasty.
We will definitely stay there again
