Wonderful hotel with passionate and friendly staff. Special thanks to the staff who helped throughout my stay are Antoine, Jasmine , Miaomiao and Amanda. The restaurant is also stupendous, food is delicious and can accomodate all my culinary needs and thanks to Roger and Antoine. I always stay in sofitel when I visit Zhengzhou. I will stay same hotel again when next time.

The cleanest and warmest youth hostel in Zhengzhou. The boss pays more attention to the hygiene of the room. He cleans the whole house every day. Even the bathroom has no peculiar smell. The ventilation and lighting of each room is good on the whole. The space layout is reasonable, and there is a 24-hour uninterrupted service Underfloor heating, high-end atmosphere and high-grade atmosphere, the house feels very warm in winter. It should be said that there are very few youth hostels in Zhengzhou that have this condition~👍The business downstairs is well developed, and food, clothing, housing and transportation services are basically within easy reach, so it is quite convenient to get in and out , it is only one subway stop away from Zhengdong New District, 6 subway stops away from Zhengzhou East Station, and 3 subway stops away from Zhengzhou Station! Friends who come to Zhengzhou to study, work and travel can choose to stay in the experience. Check-in process was really ways the desk staff actually spoke good English which surprised me . Room was absolutely tiny bit I can't complain for the price. The location is pretty central and very close to the train station. Biggest issue is that it's quite noisy in the corridors because the room walls are very thin. Although I would still stay in this hotel again depsite that .

The room is really nice and the location is very good. Walking distance to railway station also to the business district. What I amazed is how helpful the reception staff is. I sent a package from another city and somehow it there was a mistake from the courier and it wasn’t arrived in this hotel on time. The reception help me to call the courier for more than 30 minutes because i couldn’t speak Chinese and I don’t have Chinese number as well.

The hotel lobby and other things are quite new. The rooms are average. They don't feel new. The executive rooms have massage chairs and bicycles. They are quite good. The breakfast is not bad. The waiters are very nice. In the middle of the night, the customer service called to ask if I had ordered food. I was woken up and felt very annoyed. There are parking spaces on the ground, but they said that it would affect the leaders' travel and not allow parking. The underground garage is under maintenance, and I won't talk about the special smell. The upper and lower basements are actually one passage. It's very dangerous. There are not many people directing. I don't understand why they chose to repair the basement during holidays.

The house is great, no smell, and it is very warm and the decoration is very high-end. Even the disposable slippers are the kind of hairy slippers. The room is also very large. There are also beautiful paintings on the wall. The key is to provide free Hanfu wear. There are also many delicious foods around the hotel. I will definitely stay here next time.

the rooms are very nice, spacious and clean. the service is also very good. located in a strategic area, there are several mini markets under the building. there are several food stalls and from afternoon to evening there is street food too.. the boss is also very friendly and helped me a lot. Will stay here again if I go to Zhengzhou... highly recommended 👍🏻👍🏻

Excellent location for taking high speed train. 10 minutes walk to the station. Exit from west side of the station and you can see the hotel on the far right. About 20-30 minutes to go to museums and town center. Room is of good size and clean. We found some smell of cigarette and service desk helped to replace pillow promptly. Breakfast choice, however, is limited.

First of all, the hotel is in a very good location, only about 8 minutes by taxi from Zhengzhou East Station. The hotel also provides very good services, which makes my travel very convenient. There is a snack stand downstairs in the evening, which is also very convenient. Then the hotel casts the screen for members to watch movies at will, and the screen is very clear. The sanitation is also relatively clean, and I feel at ease staying here. The front desk service is also very good. I will stay here again next time.
