the rooms are very nice, spacious and clean. the service is also very good. located in a strategic area, there are several mini markets under the building. there are several food stalls and from afternoon to evening there is street food too.. the boss is also very friendly and helped me a lot. Will stay here again if I go to Zhengzhou... highly recommended 👍🏻👍🏻

I am very satisfied with my stay this time. I have often stayed at Hampton Inns in other cities before. This hotel is not far from the East Railway Station. It is quite convenient to travel. There is a shopping mall nearby and there is a lot of food. The entire hotel service is very good. The front desk Lisa and Wendy were very friendly and helped with luggage. The breakfast was also very good.

The cleanest and warmest youth hostel in Zhengzhou. The boss pays more attention to the hygiene of the room. He cleans the whole house every day. Even the bathroom has no peculiar smell. The ventilation and lighting of each room is good on the whole. Wonderful hotel with passionate and friendly staff. Special thanks to the staff who helped throughout my stay are Antoine, Jasmine , Miaomiao and Amanda. The restaurant is also stupendous, food is delicious and can accomodate all my culinary needs and thanks to Roger and Antoine. I always stay in sofitel when I visit Zhengzhou. I will stay same hotel again when next time.

The room is really nice and the location is very good. Walking distance to railway station also to the business district. What I amazed is how helpful the reception staff is. I sent a package from another city and somehow it there was a mistake from the courier and it wasn’t arrived in this hotel on time. The reception help me to call the courier for more than 30 minutes because i couldn’t speak Chinese and I don’t have Chinese number as well.

The room facilities are very good. The facilities and equipment are very new. I recently came to Zhengzhou on a business trip. It is very close to Zhengzhou East Station. The transportation is very convenient. There is a subway and the high-speed rail east station is one stop away. The front desk service is very considerate. The room type was upgraded and breakfast was given. I strongly recommend friends who come to Zhengzhou on business to choose this store. Recommended! There is also Luckin Coffee in the lobby. It is really convenient!

The room we stayed at JW Marriott for one night. It had serious smoke odor. We asked for another room. They were at capacity so, they were unable to accommodate our request. They sent an air purifier to accommodate us. It helped slightly. Breakfast was amazing. The lobby for check in is on the 38th floor. If you drive, make sure to get familiar with the parking situations. Our friends drove a big car and the entrance and exits into the parking lot were tight. Plan to have a zen mind set when you have a car. There are shops around the manmade lake for late treats. Check them out.

The hotel lobby and other things are quite new. The rooms are average. They don't feel new. The executive rooms have massage chairs and bicycles. They are quite good. The breakfast is not bad. The waiters are very nice. In the middle of the night, the customer service called to ask if I had ordered food. I was woken up and felt very annoyed. There are parking spaces on the ground, but they said that it would affect the leaders' travel and not allow parking. The underground garage is under maintenance, and I won't talk about the special smell. The upper and lower basements are actually one passage. It's very dangerous. There are not many people directing. I don't understand why they chose to repair the basement during holidays.

Excellent location for taking high speed train. 10 minutes walk to the station. Exit from west side of the station and you can see the hotel on the far right. About 20-30 minutes to go to museums and town center. Room is of good size and clean. We found some smell of cigarette and service desk helped to replace pillow promptly. Breakfast choice, however, is limited.

This is an excellent hotel, with standards that match those of western hotels. Rooms are large and comfortable, there are many amenities, and cleanliness is top notch. The location isn’t great because most attractions are far from the hotel, but there are supermarkets and coffee shops in the vicinity. There was an incident with staff upon check-out but the overall experience was positive.
