This comment is for the standard twin room type. First of all, the room is not clean. The room's own mineral water should not have been changed for a long time, it is gray. The only chair was also gray, and it was yellow twice with a wipe and finally gave up. Not to mention the desktop, the hand is basically gray. There are also bedding, no hair, but there are many small black spots to the naked eye. I have stayed in the hotel so many times and used the disposable quilt for the first time. Secondly, hot water is not available 24h. I want to take a bath at 7 or 8 in the evening. The water is not hot. I waited until 10 o'clock in the evening and the water was hot. I got up at 6 o'clock in the morning and there was no hot water to wash. Finally, the service does not match the room. Why is the lobby and the service staff so high-end and beautiful? It is better to cancel this room type directly. 170 nights are not expensive or cheap, and even the basic hygiene is not good.

Wonderful hotel with passionate and friendly staff. Special thanks to the staff who helped throughout my stay are Antoine, Jasmine , Miaomiao and Amanda. The restaurant is also stupendous, food is delicious and can accomodate all my culinary needs and thanks to Roger and Antoine. I always stay in sofitel when I visit Zhengzhou. I will stay same hotel again when next time.

Facilities: Some are old, but they all work. It's just that the hot water in the sink is not hot enough. The water has been left for a long time and the temperature is not too hot. Hygiene: The whole place is clean and tidy, and someone cleans it every day. Environment: The overall environment is pretty good and not particularly noisy. Service: The front desk service efficiency is pretty good, and the staff are very gentle.

I'm there for business and it is close to the location of my visits. The hotel is grand and the location is near to many food stalls which is convenient to me. The hotel also has its pool and spa services. The breakfast is okay serving some local cuisines which is changed daily during my course of 5 days stay. The breakfast opens from 7 to 9.30am which is quite odd, I hope the opening hours are stretch longer. The room is clean with serving of fruits and snacks daily which is very much appreciated. However, the downside is that many people do smoke inside the hotel. I could easily smell cigarettes in the bathroom and toilet at the ventilation. Another part which I am not quite comfortable during the night is that the air conditioning wasn't adjustable which makes the room very hot without proper ventilation. Other than that, the stay is comfortable. It will be perfect if the upper part can be improved to meet international standards.

Very satisfied, unexpected surprise! Zhengzhou East transferred the car. I originally felt that I would transition for one night. My daughter also said that I would change it to Atour. I said that I would stay for one night. Because this subway is more convenient, Zhengzhou East Line 5 is just one stop from the subway exit. The door on the first floor is not big but it has a sense of design. The front desk is also very simple and beautiful on the second floor. The room is large, clean and comfortable. The hardware is well equipped. The details are very good. Fruits are also delivered at night. I left in the morning and gave a souvenir. The small refrigerator also has drinks. Although not much, they are all very good tea π and water-soluble C. My daughter said that she must give 5⭐ praise, and I will live here next time I go to Zhengzhou! Mainly this price is really too friendly 😀
