Maybe we had too high expectations for the chain brand, but there are actually quite a few complaints. We arrived on a rainy day. There were three people, including two foreign guests, with several suitcases. There was a car blocking the entrance, but no one came forward to help carry the luggage. I don’t know if it was a doorman or a security guard, but he just stood at the entrance of the hotel to avoid the rain and looked at us with his hands in his pockets. The restaurant staff was very enthusiastic, but the kitchen was not professional. Many dishes on the menu were not available. When I ordered a steak, I didn’t ask how well it was done, and I was served a nearly well-done ribeye directly, which cost 298. The room facilities were average, and the sink was broken, so the water could only seep out a little bit. The refrigerator was on, but it didn’t cool. The water was set to a higher temperature because the heat dissipation in the cabinet was not good. As far as my personal experience is concerned, my skin became itchy after touching the bedding

Staff on hand don’t really have strong English language skills. 1km away from the nearest subway, but takes you 1.5hrs to the city centre. But given it’s 1/10th the price of a taxi, still reasonable. Gym is clean and relatively new. Hardly used. Simple meals at the restaurant is affordable, but just local noodle dish. However as an airport layover hotel, it’s as good as it gets. Airport transfer service is every hourly 24/7, and complimentary. Takes you 15 mins to get to the airport. It’s another 15mins walk to then nearest strip mall, which again is mainly local foods and some sports/apparel stores.
