Zhengzhou Hotels with Breakfast

We have been staying at this facility whenever we come to Zhengzhou to visit our friends and family. This time we noticed the facility was remodeled with upgraded bathroom. The breakfast is still as good as before with many varieties. The staff at the service desk is very friendly and courteous like they had been in the past. We will continue to be it’s loyal visitor for the future trips.

I went to Luoyang and stopped in Zhengzhou when I came back. The hotel I booked was upgraded for free and the service was very good. The hotel environment is also very good, clean and quiet. When we left the hotel, it was snowing in Zhengzhou. The hotel staff helped us hold umbrellas and carry our luggage to the bus station. They were very considerate. I hope I can come back to Zhengzhou again in the future.

I passed through Zhengzhou during my self-driving trip and took a rest for one night. I looked at a lot of hotels and finally chose this hotel. It introduced the hotel’s design by internet celebrity. I like the simple style of the hotel and the double bed in the room is 1.35 meters tall. It’s suitable for children and adults. The twin beds are really top-notch. I don’t understand why many hotels have to use 1.2 standard 🙃 even though the space is not small. Park the car at minus 1, go straight to the elevator and see several self-service check-in computers in the lobby on the first floor. You can just swipe your ID card, which is very convenient, and you can also choose a room. We booked an L-double bed and originally requested a room with a larger space (because the room type was 39-45 square meters). The self-check-in recommendation was a room on the 2nd floor, because the highest is the 6th floor. Later, we quit and re-selected a room on the 5th floor. When I arrived at the room, I discovered that the rooms on the second floor would be larger than the ones above. Because there is a large floating window on the second floor, the overall space is much larger. However, I chose the fifth floor in the end because I was worried about the noise at the bottom of the floor. The room is very comfortable, the bedding is very dry and comfortable, and the high-end bathroom has enough water. Our room 522 is just opposite the elevator entrance, but the sound insulation is very good, and we can't hear any outside sounds at all. There is a restaurant and bakery sales at the front desk, and there is a self-service leisure area on the second floor. Coke, Sprite, cookies, tea and coffee are available for free all day long. It's great 👍. It is recommended to stay.

It was my first time booking a hotel in Zhengzhou and it was worth it. Some of the hotel stuff know English, which was really helpful. By the reception, there was always an English speaking assistant. The pool is so big and clean, the sitting area around the pool is even more lovely even if you want to just chill and relax. The stuff all around the hotel was super nice and the rooms were clean, room service came daily. The only issue we had was when we arrived, the didn’t allow my partner to check in due to his nucleic test apparently being over 48hrs, even though on the suikang it was still showing within 48hrs, but they said they look at the time you did it at. And it was midnight at 00:30. This ruined our first night. Worse because he stays in Zhengzhou and hadn’t left ZZ in months, he could’ve done it the morning after getting a good rest. The room was already paid, and they put that money to waste for that day.

The hotel is good, conveniently located, very close to the subway station, it takes ten minutes to walk. The hotel facilities are new, the health is good, the environment is clean, the service is considerate, the Sherry service is very good, and any problems can be solved in time. I live here on every business trip, mainly for convenience, cleanliness and hygiene. The breakfast was very plentiful and the room provided a free drink, definitely recommendable!

I am really satisfied. I chose Henan for the National Day. I declare this is the most comfortable hotel I have stayed in during this trip, bar none. And the prices are very affordable during the National Day! Three-star price, five-star enjoyment. Although it is not in the city, it is very convenient to order takeout. The hotel also has an underground parking lot (lots of parking spaces). There is a gym and swimming pool on the 2nd floor and a sky garden on the 5th floor (I happened to meet a newlywed getting married and watched the whole thing in the room). The breakfast is also very rich. Everything is there. Although there is no iced American breakfast, if you ask the staff for a glass of ice cubes, they will bring you a bowl of ice cubes. Then you will get an iced American style that exceeds your expectations~

An amazing hotel with great staff and location! The hotel is in the famous ErQi Square downtown area of Zhengzhou. It is literally right next to Xidajie subway exit. As soon as you exit B, you got escalators in to your left you’ll see the hotel. Can’t get better than that! The trip from Zhengzhou Airport will take your 1.5 hours from walking in and out almost but cost only 7 RMB. Most affordable way unless you need to get a taxi and are rushing. The hotel is very clean, good water, pressure in the bathroom and shower and air conditioning works great. I didn’t get to check out the small gym or the restaurant that is within the hotel but I’m sure it’ll be just enough for any traveler. And once you go outside, you will find much more options for food, supermarkets, etc. I’ll for sure be staying there again because it’s for the convenience!

When I made the reservation, I called the hotel and asked about the situation around the hotel. The person at the front desk said that the hotel is very close to Da Yun and the Convention and Exhibition Center, so I made a reservation here. After arriving at the hotel, guke told us how to get there. The Convention and Exhibition Center is very convenient. We were given access to the lounge on the 15th floor. We had snacks and so on, and we could also discuss things with friends there. The room was very clean, and the lady in the guest room was also very attentive, helping with folding clothes and so on. An older four-star hotel with a good location. It is very close to Erqi Square Food Street and walks for ten minutes. The room I booked on Ctrip on the first night was okay, and I changed to another room type when I checked in. After checking in, I found that the booked room was full The window, but the window cannot be opened, the water in the washbasin is not draining well, and the furniture is old. I called the front desk and said to change the room type, but there is no shower in the shower. It is a bathtub. I booked a room with a shower. Because of my age, I think it is not good to stand in the bathtub It's too safe. The front desk said that you need to pay more for the upgrade. I contacted Ctrip's customer service. The customer service was very good and it was dealt with quickly. I am quite satisfied with this. Ctrip's service is trustworthy, and the hotel's manager on duty has a good attitude.
