入住2個小時，空調還是31度，溝通30分鐘，換房間，換了房間以後竟然通知我們要收清潔費，第一個房間，一直温度在31度，告訴我們是因為房間曬透了，我就想問一下，你既然知道曬透了，為什麼不給我我們開中間樓層，改房間是不是你們設施的問題，中央空調老化，導致温度下不來，為什麼要收我們的清潔費，好的，我們同意收清潔費，為什麼不給我們退房，難道非要我們在35度的天氣住室內温度31度的房間？不知道什麼邏輯，提醒訂房的人員，這裏空調不行，還不給退房，換到中間樓層，房間温度也就28度左右，10樓以上，最低不會低於31度，進房間就扣清潔費
