服務態度一般，衞生很差，地毯臟，可以理解，不好洗嘛！但是肉眼可見的遺留垃圾，那就得配眼鏡啦，最最最重要的是沒熱水，這還是真是第一次見沒熱水的酒店

剛進門有異味 像是拖地的時候留下的 洗澡水流很小 感覺還沒有旁邊洗手池的水流大 這個天氣開空調的話衹能説不冷 但是不會感覺到熱 還有就是攜程上面顯示最晚一點退房 前台十二點左右打電話説還續不續住意思就是催促我們退房 我們十二點十分之前退的房 然後交的200退按金的時候退了195 扣了我們5塊錢的超時費 可是攜程平台上寫的是最晚一點退房 既然寫的是一點退房為什麼要扣這個按金 不是在乎這五塊錢 而是你們跟平台沒有統一時間 卻讓我們消費者買單

房間外面的不知道什麼機器的噪音較大，在房間裏聽着明顯超出正常分貝。衞生也不好，洗手間裏哪哪都包漿了，小旅店的品質。

地毯很臟，洗手池生銹，入住時戴眼鏡前台接待態度欠缺，剛進房間一股味道，洗澡熱水很慢，入住9樓還是很吵。
