Environment: There is nothing around, and there are no lights on the road when I go there a little later. It's a bit scary to drive there... Service: The TV doesn't work. I called the front desk but no one answered. I called the number on Ctrip directly. Later, an old man came to fix it, and then two aunts came in without knocking on the door. They looked very aggressive and didn't provide any service. Finally, the front desk said "We don't provide breakfast if you book online." May I ask where can I book it if I don't book it online?
