酒店位置優越，交通便利，不僅有地面免費停車位方便停車，還有地下車庫可以停車，距離正定古城景點還有直達公交車，酒店前台和楊經理服務態度熱情周到，房間樓層高，視野開闊，晚上透過窗户就可以欣賞到古城夜色美景，酒店還設有中西自助早餐，種類豐富，美味可口，還有如家特色早餐如家這碗麪可供選擇，房間還有免費礦泉水和一次性洗漱用品，是出差、旅行等必不可少，不可多得的酒店

非常棒的一次體驗，前台辦理入住開始，小姐姐就非常的熱情，然後每次出去回來，前台都會主動打招呼，五一出遊人很多，5.3早餐的時候，一個小姐姐在那忙來忙去，態度真的非常贊！在酒店裡，衹要是碰上工作人員，都會主動説你好，包括維修叔叔，住的地方離正定古城不太近，但是由於正定本身不大，所以也不顯得距離遠，打車方便，公交車方便，並且環境很不錯！非常棒的入住體驗！離店還主動送了口罩，然後看我穿的中式服裝，還送了一把扇子！太棒了！

房間雖小但乾淨衞生，服務熱情周到，早餐尚可，連鎖酒店管理達標！需要提升的是走廊裏地氈破舊不堪，可以換或者是不用更好！
