Guohao Hotel

The hotel should be considered as one of the two best hotels in Zhengding, with good facilities and convenient parking. There is a bar on the 2nd floor that can provide coffee and snacks. What I want to criticize is: when I checked in, I told the front desk that I wanted to make tea and asked to send a few bottles of water. The waiter said that I would give 2 bottles, so I would just use the water I brought to make tea. I went to breakfast before 9 o'clock, it was basically empty, and the waiter didn't know how to add it in time! It took a long time to add it after I said it. What's more ridiculous is that a male waiter watched me tap the empty container with my mobile phone, and refused to do it. Later, he might think it was inappropriate and gave me two skewers of sausages and dizzy. To sum up, it should be a very good hotel in the local area, with good hardware facilities, but there is still a gap in service awareness. This may be a common problem in most hotels.

The lobby is bright, and afternoon tea is set on the second floor, providing free snacks, fruits, coffee, drinks, etc., and the environment is also good. The room is spacious. The breakfast is rich and tastes good.

The room is very clean, the toiletries are very tasteful, the quality is good, the smell of the room is elegant! The breakfast is plentiful, the buffet is plentiful, especially the small desserts are worth a try! The vegetarian buns and small oil cakes are also extremely delicious! It is particularly worth mentioning here: the logistics service of the hotel staff is too in place, worthy of full marks 💯 The service is very kind, because the physical pain on the night of the check-in, the staff member Chen Jinxin on duty at the front desk reminded me to drink some hot water and not catch cold Unexpectedly, ten minutes later, the hot ginger soup and red date water would be sent to the room by her! After drinking, I feel comfortable quickly and relieve the pain. The hotel's humanistic service is much more intimate than many hotels of the same level! I was extremely moved at the time! I will go to Zhengding in the future, whether for business or tourism, I will definitely choose Guohao!

The decoration of this hotel looks upscale. There is a free coffee shop on the second floor, just some fruits, drinks, desserts, snacks and so on. The room is not small and the bed is quite comfortable. Since it is not a hotel facing the street, it is very quiet. The breakfast was good, and the dining environment seemed to be upscale. The hotel is a 10-minute drive from Longxing Temple, which is quite convenient.

No hot water in the shower

所有都挺好，唯一的缺陷就是空調不涼……我們開了兩間房連住兩晚，第一晚半夜被熱醒了，早晨六點就給前台打電話問空調為什麼不涼，前台告訴我們維修設備啥的晚上十一點就停了……我問白天什麼時候能來，和我説目前不知道，今天應該會來！！！中午確實涼快了，等我們下午再回來……又廢了第二晚又被熱醒的，孩子身上衣服熱的都是潮的！空調還是沒風，也不知道是年久失修老化還是真的趕上維修，總之這麼熱的天氣真的是不應該發生的事！！！這是我對這個酒店唯一不滿的地方望重視，畢竟夏天到了！

帶孩子和爸爸媽媽來正定過節，首先酒店是非常舒適的，乾淨整潔，酒店的服務態度也是非常好的，尤其是前廳甄夢瑤長得漂亮，笑容甜美，更重要的是貼心，因為酒店距離夜市特別近，假期人多，我們自駕車過去的，正好趕上交通管制，人生地不熟的好無助呀！給酒店打了電話尋求幫助，美女幫忙找了停車場還是免費的，還安排了擺渡車親自接送，讓這次五一之行沒了後顧之憂！

酒店緊鄰正定小商品網紅夜市，但有自己獨立院落，有自己停車場🅿️一點也感覺不到嘈雜，環境整體温馨幽靜，房間衞生整潔。大堂服務人員耐心講解旅遊景點及路線，雖有時間段的限行到酒店的擺渡車服務真是太棒啦，這次在古城正定參觀了正定南城門，各種非遺文化表演，層次不窮，震撼無比，非常開心的一次旅行，非常滿意的一次入住，下次還會選擇。
