I found the Kaiyan Xiyue a very relaxing and professional hotel. I received a helpful greeting from the reception staff who were well turned out. The room and dining room staff were pleasant and efficient.
The room was just right, comfortable and comforting. A washing machine is available for guests. One of the reception team walked me to the taxi and ended my stay with a nice touch of welcome from China. Xiexie.
Why I visited? Longxing Temple, a wonder.

A clean and good hotel with laundry facility and close to many eateries.
Location are outside the busy area of Zhengding Ancient Town. (approx 10 minutes walk)
The staff are very helpful and housekeeping are very considerate. I stay next to housekeeping towel and linen storage room. Did not hear them talking loudly or makes a lot of noise like other hotels that I stayed in.
Highly recommend this hotel as every room has own air-conditioning unit. Perfect for spring n autumn where other hotels with central air-con will turn on heater and makes the room too hot for sleeping.

Staying at this Zhengding hotel was beyond my expectations! I especially want to praise the boy Xiao Wang at the front desk. His service was warm and professional, and he was smiling all the time, which made people feel very friendly. The hotel is conveniently located, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the facilities are complete. It is very comfortable to stay. They also prepared various practical small items for free pick-up.
