住在4樓，半夜上廁所發現蟑螂，擔心不衹一衹，房間裏查找一陣後睡意全無。天大亮後才勉強迷糊了一下。樓下道路施工兩個窨井用鐵皮蓋着，汽車摩託車經過都會發出巨大噪音。
將蟑螂事情反映給平台後，平台積極與店家溝通，店家雖不否認事實，但自始自終都未答應補償，令人失望。

第一，我去入住的時候，前台服務員告訴我，找不到我的訂單，説把我的名字劃掉了，直接給我換房間，我説不換，服務員一直説找不到我的訂單，我把我手機上的訂單給她看她還是説沒有，最後在她們電腦平台上找到了我的訂單，服務太差勁！直接給我説我定的那個房間給別人住了，沒有房間了，讓我換房間，我是真的很無語！最後我們商量了一下，不想鬧的難看，服務員一直要求我們讓我們換房間，就換了一個帶有麻將桌的雙人間，真的給我噁心到了，一進去一股尿**味，薰得我渾身難受，凳子臟死了，不信可以看圖，毛巾也是別人用過很多次的那種，馬桶沖水不行，連續沖了五六次都沖不乾淨，房間門鎖也是壞的，很多地方都是壞的，真的是臟亂差，不多説，差評差評……這裏省略了一萬次差評！關鍵是還賣的這麼貴，又噁心又垃圾，還好我們自己帶了一次性的被子，不然根本沒法入住，真的無語死了！大家別被網上的圖片騙了！

房間裝修是老了一點，但是衞生搞的還是可以，前台小姑娘服務態度也很好，貴州平地少，所以停車確實不容易，酒店還是免費幫停了👍
