闡述一下本次住店的真實感受，首先感謝攜程，當消費者的權益受到侵犯時，能及時，高效的解決問題，保證消費者的權益和合理訴求。下面説説賓館的優缺點 1、貞豐賓館是當地老牌賓館，剛重新翻新，甲醛味道比較重； 2、重新裝修的衹是表面，主要設施都沒有更換，比如電梯，衞生間設施，空調等；特別是空調，一直都在維修，後來説晚上 8 點修好的，結果是我被凍了一夜，被子又薄，空調幾乎沒有效果； 3、誠信問題，首先無法停車，為何在訂單頁面承諾可以免費停車，其次空調壞了，在住店登記時不事先告知，出現問題了不解決，不考慮消費者的合理訴求，這種野蠻經營衹會失去更多，也許他們衹是做本地生意，外地客人他們根本無所謂吧，最後就是酒店門口在大面積修路，登記入住時告知晚上不施工，結果凌晨 12 點還在施工

房間設施有點舊，空調幹轉不熱，噪音還大，入住體驗感極差，停車方便，有自己的停車場，酒店無餐廳，周邊沒有早餐。
