來鎮安很多次了住了周邊的開元和其他酒店，比較而言咱們酒店住的更舒服一些，前台各個美女小姐姐衣服整潔服務到位。床是2米/2米2的床床墊舒服，睡着寬敞。暖氣也很好熱的很，衞生很乾凈，現在淡季價格很划算，想住酒店的親放心選。對了房間很大乾濕分離，非常不錯！對於在西安開酒店的我值得好好學習一下。照片拍的不好，大家將就看一下！

酒店環境好好吶，之前來過一次，帶着滿意而歸，當時酒店沒有早餐，這次來有自助早餐了，更滿意了，而且種類豐富，沒想到拍給朋友的圖剛好用上了😀，前台的服務依舊熱情，值得一提的是陳巧小姐姐還是那麼認真負責。客房乾淨衞生，靠近金台山，風景很美，停車也方便，自駕來玩首選酒店，棒棒棒！👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

服務人員熱情周到，房間設施齊全，視野沒得説，打開窗簾就能看見山、河，建築，就是拍照水平太差。特別是枕頭，兩款枕頭真是太適合我這種不愛睡軟的人了。

房間面積超級大，比住過其他四星級的酒店房間面積都大！而且酒店隔壁就是超市很方便，晚上吃燒烤就在酒店隔壁，地理位置優越，值得一提的是酒店的服務做的很好，董小姐超級有耐心，問的問題都一一回復，給這樣乾淨衞生，性價比又高得酒店點贊👍，推薦推薦推薦！

衞生極差，地上不清掃，煙灰缸不清理，床上凌亂還有頭髮，最讓我忍不了的是垃圾桶都不倒。情況告知後，久久沒有人處理。在此之前剛取的房卡打不開房門。在此之前入住過一次前台服務態度極差，冷冷的迴應“不滿意就退了吧”，需要物品也是半個小時送不來等情況當時要求找經理，告知下班了，説第二天上班回電話 直到下午離店時也未有人提及此事。因為環境和裝修設備還是不錯的所以每次來鎮安也會住，但體驗真的是越來越差！！！！！！
