純無語了8月10號上午你們值班的前台是那一個精神小妹？這個酒店我來鎮安已經住了好幾次了 這次也是住了幾天 每次印象都很好 不管是服務還是環境 每次也全是2點前退的房 今天是怎麼了？12點就打電話第一次催人？確實今天是磨蹭了一點 2點17退的房（遇見另一個酒店工作人員） 然後這個前台2點10分打第二個電話 態度也很不好 我説我們知道了 現在就下來 這個前台2點16我們已經出門等電梯了 因為房間門沒關 她2點16又打第三次電話 今天的前台 你是活不起了是不是？ 就這幾分鐘你至於嗎？超的十幾分鍾 你們酒店要非這樣 我可以付你錢 沒有任何問題 但是你們這是什麼服務？誰還敢住你們酒店？你們酒店管理就是這麼培訓員工的？寒心！！！一天的心情都變差了
