酒店整體都不錯，免費升級房型，服務態度很好，就是晚上兩三點有其他客人大聲説話，開錯房間的情況，沒能休息好。

首先我在攜程上訂房間的時候，就諮詢客服，標準大床房和豪華大床房的區別在哪裡，中間有幾十塊錢的差價，我以為差別是沒有窗户，結果客服説是位置區別，標準大床房在走廊末端，豪華大床房在走廊中間，因為不想住走廊盡頭，所以我選的豪華大床房，晚上八點多到酒店，拎着行李，帶着長者孩子一起上去，發現安排在走廊倒數第二個，給前台打電話，又下去換房，前台説給升級行政大床房，上去一看，又是倒數第二間，工作人員還説這不屬於走廊盡頭…因為都沒吃飯，而且長者孩子也實在不想折騰，就住下了，但是真的很煩，本來行政大床和大床房對我們來説沒什麼區別，我就是不想住兩頭！其次，住下之後把行李放好，下樓吃飯，吃完飯回來想着洗洗澡就早點睡了，洗完澡出來想用毛巾擦下頭髮，結果毛巾上一大塊兒污漬，像是擦了什麼灰塵之類的，立馬打電話給前台，工作人員上來看了一下，説看着像掉地上了，我説那你們地面有這麼臟嗎？他説會反應一下，給我回復，早上退房的時候問前台，也沒給回覆。最後，在酒店上網，必須用短訊驗證，然後酒店信號超級不好，短訊收不到，晚上驗證的，第二天早上七點多才收到短訊，然後自己的手機也沒網，服了！我經常帶家人自駕，這次是回老家給過世的長者燒紙，本來就住一晚上，不想多事，但是真的覺得特別糟心！因為帶着孩子，所以特意選擇名氣大的，價格也稍高點的，結果沒想到住的這麼糟心…
