這是第二次入住，立秋後也依然像火烤的西安實在呆不住，帶着孩子來這裏避暑，這裏很大，單是在山莊裡溜達就需要二十多分鐘，親近自然，空氣清新，美中不足的是沒有空調，雖然山裡涼快但是後半夜温度才能降下來，剛入睡那會兒還是熱，風扇和新風機的噪音非常大，屬於需要帶耳塞才行，畢竟已經是個老酒店了，也沒有重新裝修，所以大堂裏黴味兒很重，地毯都褪色了，但是，值得推薦的是房間裏幾乎沒有下水道味道，住過很多酒店，甚至高星級酒店，都會有下水道反味兒的情況，但是這裏完全沒有，非常棒，最近因為修路，有個隧道堵了，白天不定時同行，有些不方便，其他還好，屬於家庭悠閑避暑的好地方，比一些莫名其妙高價的民宿好太多。

環境不錯，服務還是比較認真的，提出的問題能重視改變，適合來山裡修養感受自然。
唯一的缺陷就是沒空調，雖説山裡晚上比較涼快，但最熱的這幾天呆在房裡還是不太舒服，下次等秋天再晚點過來；另外熱水不太好時冷時熱的。
另外看見充電樁在建設中，這個也很不錯，電車在柞水找樁那叫一個難，希望儘快投入使用。

有一説一風景不錯酒店不錯應該是性價比最高居住最舒適的森林酒店適合帶娃遛彎散步吸氧，這麼多年了還是無法超越！服務也温馨！

酒店設施應該在開業初期是很有競爭力的，但目前基本處於半歇業狀態。酒店偌大無比，非常空曠，居然沒有空調，凍的要死。整個大堂空盪盪的，前台就一到兩人，哆哆嗦嗦辦入住。餐廳黑燈瞎火，其它設施都沒有，泳池也不開，客房也基本打包説國慶節後就要關門了，很無語。房間冷的要命，電話壞了無人修，催促兩次才換了一個電話機，反應問題還要用自己的手機撥打外線總機，希望加一床被子，卻被告知沒有，而整個酒店入住率可以説一二十間房吧，不知為什麼經營和管理如此之差，竟然還無視客人的需求，完全沒有服務意識。早餐也是一個巨大而空盪的餐廳，簡單的早餐，煎蛋都吃不到，就這麼半冷不熱的湊合吃一點，實在是無語。唯一欣慰的是向攜程客服求助後得到快速反應，不得不説還是攜程靠譜，總算給我們送了一條老掉毛的毛毯，但總算沒讓孩子和大人感冒。房間無法洗澡，因為熱水忽冷忽熱，嚇**。為了安全起見，洗把臉結束，好在衹是睡一晚。一次無比失望的入住體驗，這樣的設施缺乏高素質管理和服務團隊，不推薦入住。

很棒的住宿體驗，就是不含早餐這點需要改進一下。入住幾次了，喜歡安靜的氛圍，喜歡被山環抱的感覺，空氣超清新。

房間很大，空間感很好，而且環境非常優美，窗口望山，雲遮霧繞，風光迤邐，就是酒店設施稍微陳舊了一點，用餐不太方便。不過旁邊有個燒烤園，非常適合烤肉，開篝火晚會。還有一個mini萌寵樂園❤小童遊樂場，非常適合帶孩子來納涼避暑。

環境和衞生還可以，就是游泳池因為在處理水，所以不能使用，健身房在頂樓的陽光房裡，裡邊熱的像蒸桑拿，萌寵樂園裡衹有幾衹小羊，酒店裡很冷清，沒什麼客人，所以自助早餐沒開，衹是給我們單獨提供了早餐，都是素的，完全達不到98元/人的標準

時間長了，有些設備跟不上時代，例如電視。但是自駕很方便，很大設施齊全，環境很好，有動物有小童樂園帶娃好去處去，天暖了泳池開放，過了農曆七月有螢火蟲，東西忘了主動電話聯繫寄回。
