設施：設施挺完備，但是都欠維護比較陳舊，不符合四鑽這個檔次
衞生：房間還算衞生，不過蟲子比較多，床單洗的不是很乾凈，竟然還有破洞，房間應該空置了一段時間，傢俱上都有一層薄薄的灰
環境：周圍環境很好，非常的靜謐，空氣很新鮮，離牛背樑很近，停車也比較方便
服務：沒什麼服務人員，現在主要承接團隊比較多，基本沒什麼散客。

老酒店，地勢較高，環境可以。但設施卻實在説不過去，所住房間沒有熱水，樓下問前台，她讓水多放一會兒，我説都放了10分鐘了，她説讓放半小時至40分鐘，也照辦了，還是沒有，因看她並不是很耐煩我們也再沒有麻煩她，湊合一晚未洗澡，早上也沒熱水，酒店帶的早餐也沒心情吃，匆匆離開，不滿意。

我不知道攜程是怎麼給這些酒店評等級的？兩部電梯衹開一部，進了房間後，滿房子的蟲子，蜘蛛網，牆上全是射釘，老掉牙的大屁股電視，看看這椅子骯臟的程度，這個攜程四鑽是怎麼來的？……進門發現是這種狀況，房間裏並沒有座機電話，衹能給攜程上提供的商家打電話要求換房，一個女的接了電話，也同意換房，説是等服務員過來看，等了十幾分鍾也沒有人過來處理，我們衹能下樓找前台，結果發現僅有的一部電梯也壞掉了，衹能走步梯了，前台小姐姐並不知道我們需要換房，我們説了之後，非常積極的幫忙處理。又給開了兩間房讓挑選。無一例外全部有蟲子。因為天晚了又在山裡。不能退房。衹能硬着頭皮將就了，從這兩間裏面挑選了一個相對蟲子少的。前台小姐姐叫來客房大嬸打掃蟲子，全程前台小姐姐一直協助客房大嬸打掃，態度非常非常好。我這一點分全部是給這個小姐姐的。客房大嬸邊打掃邊嘟囔，説這些蟲子不咬人，沒有事情的，有這麼多蟲子是因為他們這裏的空氣好，環境好，無語了都……和她反駁了兩句，她就説我囉嗦😓，説2樓，三樓的房子裏面都有蟲子，反問我為什麼不提前打電話預訂四樓的房子，現在已經全部住滿了，想換也換不了。我怎麼提前知道4樓的房子沒有蟲子呢？😡熱水需要放十分鐘以上才會有，房間裏沒有空調。晚上房間裏非常冷。有兩台暖風機。床上也有電熱毯，這一點還算可以吧，你以為蟲子被服務員打掃完了之後就沒有了嗎？衹要房間開燈就會有蟲子爬進來。其實就是瓢蟲。無數衹瓢蟲也是讓人頭皮發麻的。女兒晚上睡覺，瓢蟲爬在了臉上，女兒都嚇哭了，這樣的酒店以後也不會再住了。以上全部為真實事情，攜程可以好好核實一下
