老闆服務態度很好，房間乾淨整潔，菜也很好吃，房間價格合適，待人熱情，很舒心的一次體驗，小朋友很開心。

牀頭櫃，被子，床單上都是一層土。入住太晚，將就合衣而睡。早起兩房住客等着去景點，大門緊閉，耽擱人事，電話不接，大清早做生意的人，八點二十多還不開門，好不容易打通了説是自己怎樣操作卷閘門，一副不耐煩，太差

這是我旅遊安康柞水住的最不如意的一次，先不説房間如何，主要是給我感覺很不舒服。女房東説話還挺客氣，就是不停推薦自己家酸菜魚好吃。客人不打算吃就別總是推薦了。男房東説話語氣不好，晚上回來買了半個西瓜，想着借一下廚房的刀，讓您給切一下西瓜。男房東直接説沒有刀。你一個開民宿和餐飲的沒有刀你拿什麼做飯。結果上樓後8303房間插卡取電感應器壞了，房間又悶熱沒有電空調，男房東修理了快一個小時最後連一聲抱歉都沒有，還狡辯説從來沒有遇到這種問題。最後晚上睡覺時，空調製冷時風速調大主機噪音很大，好像意思是説我們給弄壞了一樣。我媽很生氣告訴我説不行換家住算了。

位置很好找就在路邊離景區門口很近走路二十分鐘就到了，老闆很熱情，還給團購了門票。我開的三人間房子有點狹小，剛進去房子有股味道。然後床墊和床大小有點不匹配，導致床下面的角在外面，對小朋友來説有點危險。老闆家自己燒的菜中規中矩沒有很好吃也不難吃。

房間不大但是很乾凈，樓下就可以吃飯加買小東西，適合帶娃旅行。非常熱情的老闆和老闆娘，給我們提供了不少有用的建議，老闆娘做的乾煸牛肉很好吃，老闆幫我們聯繫用車，感謝！推薦給大家。

老闆娘人很好，很熱情，房間打掃的也很乾凈，就是訂的房間趕緊樓梯，有點吵。離溶洞很近，走路大概20分鐘，總體來説還不錯，值得推薦！
